Fantasy Q&A
Saturday Games
Washington @ Tennessee
— Can Derrick Henry have another 100+ yards rushing with multiple TDs? Yes, I think Henry goes for over 100 yards and scores.
Baltimore @ LA Chargers
— Are Melvin Gordon and Keenan Allen healthy enough to make a Fantasy impact? No, I think Allen will be used more as a decoy and the Ravens will do whatever they can to stop Gordon.
Sunday Games
Cincinnati @ Cleveland
— Who is the better Fantasy RB between Joe Mixon and Nick Chubb? As much as I like Mixon, Chubb is in a better position to score more points.
Tampa Bay @ Dallas
— Can Amari Cooper regain the magic that had him scoring three TDs just two weeks ago? I am not sure that Cooper will score three times, but he should find the end zone at least once against a bad Bucs defense.
Minnesota @Detroit
— Can Minnesota continue to improve on its running game with Dalvin Cook? Yes, the Vikings are committed to the run, and the Lions have struggled all season. Cook should thrive once again.
NY Giants @ Indianapolis
— Can the Colts hot defense continue and shut down Saquon Barkley? Darius Leonard is intent on getting 40 tackles this week, but all Barkley needs is a small gap to make a big play. I think the Colts keep him in check, but he still has 100+ total yards from scrimmage.
Jacksonville @ Miami
— Will Leonard Fournette get a full load of carries or is the team still looking at younger players? Sadly, I think Fournette will continue to disappoint his Fantasy owners and probably should be benched unless Doug Marrone says that he will get a full load of carries.
Buffalo @ New England
— Will Tom Brady finally get the offense going and take the sputtering Patriots into the playoffs? Yes, although the Bills have played much better of late, I don’t see them traveling well to New England. Brady gets hot and has a huge day.
Green Bay @ New York Jets
— Is Aaron Rodgers’ groin so injured that the Packers will throw less this week and give the ball more to Jamaal Williams? Yes, I think Rodgers’ injury is worse than the Packers are saying, and Rodgers throws fewer than 30 times in this matchup.
Houston @ Philadelphia
— Can anyone on the Eagles cover DeAndre Hopkins or will he have another 30-point Fantasy game? No Eagle player can cover Hopkins one on one, and I think he has another huge day this week and helps propel his owners to a Fantasy championship.
Atlanta @ Carolina
— Will Taylor Heinicke starting affect the Fantasy fortunes of Christian McCaffrey, D.J. Moore, and the other Panthers starters? I don’t think CMC will be affected too much, but I probably would bench Moore, Samuel, Thomas, and the other Panthers skill players.
LA Rams @ Arizona
— How injured is Todd Gurley? Will he be benched at any point during Week 16? If the Rams get out to a big lead (as they should), I can see McVay scaling back Gurley’s carries and even benching him in the second half.
Chicago @ San Francisco
— Can George Kittle continue his hot play and work his way towards the tight end receiving record? Yes, I think Kyle Shanahan will do whatever he can to get the ball in Kittle’s hands despite the tough Bears defense.
Pittsburgh @ New Orleans
— Is the Saints defense good enough to stop Big Ben and shut down Antonio Brown and Juju? I am not sure the Saints can stop the Steelers, but I think they can hold them down just enough to win at home. Brown and Juju might both have 100 yards receiving, but without a healthy Conner, the Steelers will have a tough time moving the ball on the ground.
Kansas City @ Seattle
— In a must-win game to get home field advantage throughout the playoffs, how will Patrick Mahomes respond to a raucous crowd and a stifling Seahawks defense? Mahomes seems impervious to crowd noise or tough defenses. Look for him to have another 300+ yard passing game and at least two TDs.
Monday Night
Denver @ Oakland
— Will Case Keenum take some downfield chances and create opportunities for Philip Lindsay and Courtland Sutton to make plays? No, I think the Raiders will play their best football of the year and keep this game close, possibly winning on a last second FG.
