Dynasty Rankings: WR to Fade in 2025

Dynasty Rankings: WR to Fade in 2025 With NFL free agency fading from focus, fantasy football enthusiasts are now fixated on the upcoming NFL Draft in April. Dynasty League trades are buzzing at the Fantasy Football World Championships (FFWC) as
Dynasty Football: WR Values to Target

With the 2025 NFL Draft just over a month away, three veteran wide receivers ranked outside the top 25 in ADP standings emerge as undervalued options for fantasy football managers in both dynasty and redraft leagues. Now is the time to swoop in and identify Dynasty Football: WR Values to Target. As the sports world turns its attention to the men’s NCAA Sweet Sixteen, savvy fantasy football managers can seize the moment to make trades. With dynasty leagues heating up at the Fantasy Football World Championships (FFWC), now’s the perfect time to act. Here are three veteran wideouts who stand out as prime value targets ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft. WR Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Fantasy managers in both dynasty and redraft leagues should zero in on Chris Godwin, a veteran wide receiver whose 2024 season ended prematurely due to an ankle injury in Week 7. After re-signing with Tampa Bay this month, Godwin’s mid-30s ADP belies his massive upside. Before his injury, the eighth-year pro racked up 50 catches for 576 yards and 5 touchdowns, averaging 19.7 PPR points per game. Remarkably, he was the WR2 overall—trailing only Ja’Marr Chase—through the season’s first seven weeks. Godwin’s connection with Baker Mayfield was evident, as he drew 62 targets (fourth-most in the NFL) before his injury. Despite concerns about his recovery and a new offensive coordinator (Josh Grizzard), his current ADP as a back-end WR2 or top-end WR3 makes him a steal. In 2025, Godwin could deliver WR1 production, making him a must-target in the middle rounds. WR Rashee Rice, Kansas City Chiefs Rashee Rice’s 2024 season was derailed by a knee injury in Week 4, cutting short a promising campaign. Before going down against the Chargers, the second-year wideout established himself as Kansas City’s top receiving option, catching 24 of 29 targets for 288 yards and two touchdowns. When healthy, Rice is a WR1 thanks to his pairing with Patrick Mahomes. Recent updates suggest he’s ahead of schedule in his recovery. However, a potential suspension tied to an off-field incident has clouded his outlook, pushing his ADP to WR26. If found guilty, Rice could face a four- or six-game ban, which might drop him to the mid-to-late rounds. Even with that risk, his upside alongside Mahomes makes him a high-reward stash for redraft or dynasty leagues—a potential league-winner if timed right. WR Jakobi Meyers, Las Vegas Raiders Despite a lackluster 2024 for the Raiders, Jakobi Meyers quietly finished as the WR19 in PPR leagues, posting 87 receptions, 1,027 yards, and 4 touchdowns. The sixth-year veteran ranked 15th in targets league-wide (129) and stands to gain even more with the arrival of quarterback Geno Smith. While tight end Brock Bowers will remain the team’s top target, Meyers’s 23.5% target share is too significant to ignore. Over the past three seasons, he’s averaged 75 catches and 879 yards and totaled 18 touchdowns. With an ADP in the mid-40s, Meyers is a WR3/WR4 with WR2 potential, especially under new offensive coordinator Chip Kelly. If the Raiders don’t draft a first-round wideout next month, Meyers will stay their WR1, making him a reliable PPR option for 2025. His lack of competition for targets beyond Bowers only boosts his appeal. The 2025 NFL season is underway, but it’s not too late to get access to the best help out there! 2025 NFL Free Agents: Wide Receivers

2025 NFL Free Agent Movement: Wide Receivers In fantasy football, there is no offseason. Before the NFL finalizes its year, fantasy football fans are preparing for the next draft season. That is especially true in dynasty football. Part of good preparation is knowing about the upcoming crop of NFL free agents. The draft can dramatically shake rosters. However, free agency begins in March and is the first major “new” season event. Therefore, it is important to note which veterans are signing and how that could impact the upcoming NFL draft. However, coming off an October ACL tear complicates his value. Additionally, Diggs has a reputation for being a mercurial player and he will turn 32 in November. It will be difficult for him to land a lucrative long-term contract, which may lead to a one-year ‘prove it’ deal in the $12-15 million range. Davante Adams was released by the Jets on March 4. Expect him to wait to see if Aaron Rodgers signs so they can get the band back together. UPDATE: That won’t happen as Adams signed with the Rams. Throughout his career, Tee Higgins has played second fiddle to Ja’Marr Chase. But one year after playing on the franchise tag, Higgins enters free agency in his prime poised to receive plenty of offers to be a team’s WR1 finally. He’s likely priced himself out of returning to the Bengals, who still have to work an extension for Chase.
Cooper Kupp Landing Spots

Cooper Kupp Landing Spots On Monday, February 3rd, Cooper Kupp revealed on X that the Rams intended to trade the seventh-year pro. I was informed that the team will be seeking a trade immediately and will be working with me and my family to find the right place to continue competing for championships. I don’t agree with the decision and always believed it was going to begin and end in LA. Still, if there’s… pic.twitter.com/XWmbGVscGy — Cooper Kupp (@CooperKupp) February 4, 2025 If his time in LA is done, Kupp will go down as one of the great draft picks in the Sean McVay era. A 2017 third-rounder, Kupp is a two-time All-Pro with 634 receptions for 7,776 yards and won a ring with the 2021 Rams However, Kupp hasn’t been healthy since that season and is seeing his efficiency metrics start to slide. Additionally, with a 2025 cap hit of over $29 million, the Rams will have a difficult time finding any trade suitors. Instead, it is more likely that Kupp will be released with a post-June 1st destination. That would allow the Rams to spread out that dead money hit over multiple league years. Regardless, if Kupp is indeed finished in Los Angeles, there will be plenty of WR-needy teams interested in acquiring his services. Looking at our 2025 NFL Team Needs, a dozen NFL teams have wide receiver as one of their top two needs ahead of free agency and the 2025 NFL Draft. Playing for a contender seems like an important factor for Kupp, so these are the top potential Cooper Kupp Landing Spots. Cincinnati Bengals – The Bengals just led the league in passing However, Tee Higgins is set to test free agency, which opens up a massive opportunity in Cincinnati. Also, the Bengals still need to extend Ja’Marr Chase, so waiting for Kupp to be released would be an important factor for the salary cap. Houston Texans – Stefon Diggs is a free agent and the Texans have almost no qualified depth behind Nico Collins. Houston also just signed former Rams’ assistant Nick Caley to be their offensive coordinator, which could go a long way toward attracting Kupp to a contender with a serious need. Washington Commanders – Fresh off an NFC title game appearance, the Commanders are a young team ready to take the next step. They also have one of the league’s thinnest receiver rooms outside of Terry McLaurin. Finally, Washington has a ton of cap space, which could come into factor if any team considered acquiring Kupp’s substantial salary. Pittsburgh Steelers – The Steelers also have little WR talent. And promising younger George Pickens could also be on his way out. However, the Steelers need to settle their more pressing quarterback position first. Having a dependable veteran like Cooper Kupp would be an attractive addition for the next signal-caller. Los Angeles Chargers – Perhaps staying home in Los Angeles could work? The Chargers certainly have a need and have an excellent young quarterback. However, they ranked just 19th in passing. New England Patriots – The Patriots aren’t contenders and ranked dead last in the league in passing in 2024. However, they have a hodge-podge receiving corps that could use the presence of a proven veteran safety valve. Kupp would be a superlative option for Drake Maye, who heavily relied on his tight ends in his promising rookie campaign. Late-Round Sleeper WR to Target

Late-Round Sleeper WR to Target with League-Winning Potential In FFWC World Championship Drafts, elite wide receivers dominate the first round due to the 3-WR and double-flex roster demand. In years past, fantasy managers went after workhorse running backs who
Oddsmakers List Veteran WR To Lead NFL In Receptions

Oddsmakers List Veteran WR To Lead NFL In Receptions The latest in our series of highlighting players that are witnessing noteworthy recognition by oddsmakers results in focusing on an emerging fourth-year wideout who is shockingly being predicted to lead the NFL in receptions in 2024. SERIES: Big Expectations For Rookie RB | Elite RB Vegas is Fading | RB Ascending Up Early Draft Boards | WR Who May Struggle To Fulfill ADP value A major component of my success playing high-stakes fantasy football at the FFWC is incorporating player projections of oddsmakers into my NFL model. I began creating my model back in 2010 when I created the only over-the-counter DFS program offered to date in a Las Vegas sportsbook. The Best of the Best Despite being listed by oddsmakers in the top two spots to lead the league in receiving yards (1,375.5) and touchdowns (9.5), CeeDee Lamb and Tyreek Hill do not hold that honor in the receptions market. Instead, that distinction belongs to Lions star wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown. Fresh off career highs in receptions (119), yards (1,510), and touchdowns (10) the talented wide receiver is being power-ranked by oddsmakers stunningly ahead of both Lamb and Hill. Brown, who finished tied for second last season with Hill hauling in 119 receptions, owns the highest betting projection for catches in 2024 at 107.5. Lamb, who led the NFL last season with 135 catches, is listed at 105.5 followed by Hill, Ja’Marr Chase, and Justin Jefferson all owning a betting demand of 100.5. AMON-RA ST. The elite WR1 owns an ADP of 5.3 / WR4 never coming off the board lower than 1.8. ASB, a near consensus Top 5 pick in re-drafts, as well as New York Jets star wideout Garrett Wilson, joined exclusive company after impressive 2023 campaigns. Prior to last season only four wide receivers since 2000 had recorded 175-plus catches and 2,000-plus receiving yards across their first two seasons: Justin Jefferson, Odell Beckham Jr, Michael Thomas, and Jaylen Waddle. It should be no shock to see both ASB and Wilson come off the board early in the first round of drafts. VEGAS ODDSMAKERS PREDICTING ELITE PRODUCTION A deeper dive reveals that ASB scored double-digit fantasy points in 16 of 17 regular season games last season on the strength of nine 100-plus yard receiving efforts as well as 13 games of six-plus receptions. Only one word describes that: ELITE. Oddsmakers, who initially installed ASB with a receiving yards betting projection of 1200.5, have adjusted the 24-year-old wideout up to a betting demand of 1250.5 at DraftKings. While only moving his projection minimally, the most highlighted move involves listing ASB ahead of Lamb, Hill, and Chase in the overall receptions betting market at 107.5. “Anytime a player is listed above the likes of CeeDee Lamb, Tyreek Hill, and Ja’Marr Chase, in any betting market, fantasy managers need to take note.” – Frankie Taddeo While ASB has displayed he can “flip or leap” defenders on the field, he still has not been able to leapfrog Lamb or CMC in any recent Circa Championship draft this summer – finding a peak of 1.3 overall. Amon-Ra St. Brown flips his way to a three-possession lead ‼️ 📺: #DENvsDET on @NFLNetwork 📱: Stream on #NFLPlus https://t.co/vtmfEKvOLy pic.twitter.com/kw1DwqjVEs — NFL (@NFL) December 17, 2023 ASB has proved to be extremely durable playing at least 16 games in all three of his seasons in the NFL and his production has increased every year. His receptions have improved from 90 to 106 to 119, his yards from 912 to 1,161 to 1,515, and his receiving touchdowns from 5 to 6 to 10. That trajectory tells us Jared Goff’s top target is primed for new career highs especially if he receives 145-plus targets for the third straight campaign. ASB (28.6%) led the team in target share followed by tight end Sam LaPorta (20.9%). After those elite receiving weapons there was a massive drop off as no other Lions player finished above 12%. That trend should continue again in 2024 as the current Detroit wideout depth chart consisting of Kalif Raymond, Jameson Williams, Tre’Quan Smith, and Donovan Peoples-Jones pose no real threats to derail his alpha target demand. Last season the Lions ranked 5th in points scored (461), 3rd in total offense (6,712 yards), 2nd in offensive touchdowns (57), and fourth in points per drive (2.42). Fantasy managers, picking in the middle of the first round of drafts, should invest in shares of ASB as he will be playing in a prolific Top 5 NFL offense in 2024 – more importantly, owning the majority of the target share. Elite Running Back that Vegas is Fading in 2024

Elite Running Back that Vegas is Fading in 2024. Long-time Las Vegas gambler and ranked high-stakes fantasy player Frank Taddeo (@RespectedMoney on X) is always watching Vegas oddsmakers to identify best bets and fantasy values. COULD THIS RB1 BURN FANTASY MANAGERS in 2024? In our initial series of highlighting players who are witnessing significant movement in their 2024 NFL betting markets here at Fulltime Fantasy, we dove into a rookie running back expected to make a major impact in 2024 as well as a wideout who may struggle to return fair ADP value. A major component of my success playing high-stakes fantasy football at the FFWC is incorporating player projections of oddsmakers into my NFL model. I began creating my model back in 2010 when I created the only over-the-counter DFS program offered to date in a Las Vegas sportsbook. The latest installment leads us to new Eagles star running back Saquon Barkley. The former Giants standout lands in Philadelphia after signing a three-year, $37.75 million contract in free agency. The expectations are the highest they have ever been for the two-time Pro Bowl back who has scored 47 touchdowns in his first six seasons in the NFL. Saquon Barkley just posted this edit on his Instagram 🔥🔥 pic.twitter.com/AXcvVwLd6T — Luke Arcaini (@ArcainiLuke) March 12, 2024 Fantasy managers are investing premium draft capital in Barkley in early FFWC drafts. The 2018 OROY owns an ADP of 15.9 / RB6 after coming off the board as high as 13 with a low of 18. Due to the dynamic running ability of dual-threat QB Jalen Hurts, can Barkley yield enough production in his first season on Broad Street to reward those who invest high draft capital? VEGAS ODDSMAKERS FADING POTENTIAL PRODUCTION Over the last three seasons, three different Eagles players have led the club in rushing: 2023 D’Andre Swift (1,049); 2022 Miles Sanders (1,269), and 2021 Jalen Hurts (784). Oddsmakers, who initially installed Barkley with a rushing yard betting projection of 1125.5, have adjusted the tailback down to a betting demand of 1025.5 at DraftKings. While only shaving his production by 100 yards, the most alarming move is currently being witnessed in his overall total rushing touchdown projection sliced from 9.5 to 6.5. “A FULL three rushing touchdown fade may lead to a higher ADP in high stakes drafts held later this summer as word of this move spreads. ” – Frankie Taddeo Following the retirement of future HOF center Jason Kelce, many expected the Eagles to employ the “Tush Push” less frequently with Barkley now owning lead backfield duties. However, oddsmakers are now tempering their expectations for significant goal line volume. Barkley, who came off the board at 2.5 in the latest Circa Championship Draft held on June 30, has also seen his receiving yards betting projection reduced from 325.5 yards to 300.5. WR1 Saquon Barkley? 🤔 4 receptions 57 receiving yards 2 TDspic.twitter.com/BpnGkgnxxe — NFL Fantasy Football (@NFLFantasy) November 19, 2023 The move in his receiving yards market is perplexing as Barkley totaled 288 receptions for 2,100 yards and 12 touchdowns working out of the backfield – despite less-than-ideal QB play during his NY tenure. If we remove his 2020 campaign (torn ACL – played only two games), Barkley has averaged 408 receiving yards per season (721, 438, 263, 338, 280). In Philadelphia, Barkley will now play with one of the best signal-callers in the NFL in Hurts. Last season Eagles RBs hauled in 74 receptions, sans a back of Barkley’s pass-catching prowess. Despite the fade in betting markets, fantasy managers should not be afraid to invest second-round draft capital in the dynamic Barkley as he will be playing in a Top 5 NFL offense for the first time in his career. Vegas is Fading This Highly-coveted Rookie WR

Vegas is Fading This Highly-coveted Rookie WR in 2024. Long-time Las Vegas gambler and ranked high-stakes fantasy player Frank Taddeo (@RespectedMoney on X) is always watching Vegas oddsmakers to identify best bets and fantasy values. THIS WR IS PROJECTED TO STRUGGLE FOR PRODUCTION. In my first installment of highlighting players witnessing significant movement in their 2024 NFL betting markets here at Fulltime Fantasy, we dove into a rookie running back expected to make a major impact in 2024. A major component of my success playing high-stakes fantasy football at the FFWC is incorporating player projections of oddsmakers into my NFL model. I began creating my model in 2010 when I created the only over-the-counter DFS program offered to date in a Las Vegas sportsbook. Today, we are going to focus on Chicago rookie wideout Rome Odunze. The former Washington Huskies standout was drafted ninth overall by the Bears after the club tabbed Caleb Williams first overall. The Bears envision the young tandem to become the face of the club’s offensive attack for the next decade and beyond. We could get used to this 🤩 pic.twitter.com/Ps02poArjz — Chicago Bears (@ChicagoBears) May 30, 2024 Many fantasy managers are investing early draft capital in Chicago’s veteran wideouts D.J. Moore and Keenan Allen. In early FFWC drafts Moore owns an ADP of 25 / WR18, while Allen can be found with an ADP of 49 / WR31. Meanwhile, Odunze is coming off the board much later with an ADP of 84 / WR46. Check out the FullTime Fantasy Rookie Scouting Profile for Rome Odunze here. Moore and Allen are likely to grab the majority of the target share while new pass-catching running back D’Andre Swift will also snag looks out of the backfield resulting in Odunze struggling for targets in his first season. VEGAS ODDSMAKERS FADING POTENTIAL PRODUCTION Oddsmakers, who initially installed Odunze with a receiving yards betting projection of 825.5, have adjusted the rookie talent with the biggest move of any wideout in the receiving yards market. The 6-foot-3, 215-pound dynamic threat now only sits with a betting demand of 675.5 at DraftKings. In addition, oddsmakers are becoming less bullish on his red-zone involvement slicing his receiving touchdown projection from 5.5 to 4.5. “NEARLY A 200 YARD MOVE PRIOR TO TRAINING CAMP SHOULD SET OFF FANTASY ALARMS.” – Frank Taddeo When oddsmakers make this significant of a move, this far out before training camp and preseason games, fantasy managers need to be cognizant. Oduzne, who currently has an ADP of WR46, came off the board at 9.10 in a Circa Championship draft held on June 23. HE IS HIM‼️ Rome Odunze is the first Washington player since 2002-2003 to have back-to-back 1,000 rec yard seasons 🔥 @UW_Football pic.twitter.com/mK7UkZQvj6 — SportsCenter (@SportsCenter) November 11, 2023 Odunze, who played four seasons at Washington, exploded over his final two years, hauling in 167 receptions for 2,745 yards and 20 touchdowns emerging as one of the best wide receivers in the nation. In Chicago, Odunze will have to battle Moore and Allen for targets while also sharing the middle of the field with two proven tight end receiving options in Cole Kmet and Gerald Everett. Fantasy managers should not be afraid to invest in the rookie in Dynasty leagues. However, re-draft players may be better served pivoting to other wideout options demanding similar draft capital such as Jameson Williams, Keon Coleman, Josh Downs, Xavier Worthy, or Curtis Samuel.
