Week 7 Start/Sit: Tight Ends

NFL Week 7 Start Sit: Tight Ends

Week 7 Start/Sit: Tight Ends Week 7 is here, and the fantasy landscape is starting to stabilize — or completely unravel, depending on your roster. With injuries piling up and bye weeks creating chaos, finding the right start/sit edge can make all the difference. Written by Adam Krautwurst STARTS Harold Fannin Jr. stepped up in David Njoku’s absence, leading the Browns in routes, targets, and receptions last week. If Njoku remains sidelined, Fannin projects for another heavy workload against a Miami defense that ranks bottom-10 versus tight ends. He’s a strong plug-and-play option. Darren Waller has become a red-zone favorite in Miami, scoring four touchdowns in three games. He’s leading the team in end-zone targets and now faces a Browns defense that’s allowed the third-most scores to TEs. His role and scoring potential make him a weekly starter. SITS T.J. Hockenson has provided minimal upside, topping 10 points just once and averaging under six targets per game since Jordan Addison’s return. The Eagles have allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to tight ends, making Hockenson a fade in this matchup. Juwan Johnson’s target share has collapsed, with just nine total looks over the last three games. With Taysom Hill stealing snaps and Kamara dominating short routes, Johnson’s ceiling and floor are both too low to justify starting. QB Start em Sit em RB Start em Sit em WR Start em Sit em

Week 7 Start/Sit: Wide Receivers

NFL Week 7 Start Sit: Wide Receivers

Week 7 Start/Sit: Wide Receivers Week 7 is here, and the fantasy landscape is starting to stabilize — or completely unravel, depending on your roster. With injuries piling up and bye weeks creating chaos, finding the right start/sit edge can make all the difference. Written by Adam Krautwurst STARTS Chris Olave continues to deliver steady numbers, recording at least 12 PPR points in four of six outings and averaging double-digit targets across his last two. The Bears have struggled against receivers, allowing five to clear 13 points this season. Olave remains a dependable WR2, especially in PPR formats. Courtland Sutton has been feast or famine, but the setup leans toward another “feast” week. The Giants have given up the third-most fantasy points to wideouts, including major damage to perimeter receivers — exactly where Sutton lines up most. His big-play ability makes him a worthwhile start. SITS Jakobi Meyers’ snap and route rates remain elite, but Geno Smith’s inconsistency has tanked his production. Meyers hasn’t topped 40 yards since Week 3 and faces a Chiefs defense giving up just 192 passing yards per game. He’s better left out of lineups this week. DeVonta Smith has been volatile, alternating between big plays and quiet outings. The Vikings have been stingy against outside receivers, allowing the fewest deep completions and only one top-15 WR performance all year. Smith’s boom-or-bust profile makes him a risky start. Week 7 Start/Sit: Running Backs

NFL Week 7 Start Sit: Running Backs

Week 7 Start/Sit: Running Backs Week 7 is here, and the fantasy landscape is starting to stabilize — or completely unravel, depending on your roster. With injuries piling up and bye weeks creating chaos, finding the right start/sit edge can make all the difference. Written by Adam Krautwurst STARTS Jacory Croskey-Merritt has seized control of Washington’s backfield, logging the majority of snaps and touches over the last month. He’s averaging nearly 18 touches per game and now faces a Dallas defense that’s allowing lead backs to post over 120 total yards on average. Play JCM with confidence. Alvin Kamara’s production has dipped, but his usage remains encouraging — he’s seen at least five targets in three consecutive games. He now faces a Bears defense surrendering the seventh-most rushing yards and sixth-most fantasy points to RBs. Kamara’s dual-threat skill set gives him a safe floor and renewed upside this week. SITS Tony Pollard’s usage remains strong, but his role is shrinking where it matters most — on passing downs. With Tyjae Spears handling most of those snaps and New England’s defense allowing the fewest yards per carry in the league, Pollard’s outlook is bleak. Sit him if you have depth. Kenneth Walker continues to lose red-zone work to Zach Charbonnet and has failed to top 11 touches in back-to-back games. The Texans are allowing the ninth-fewest fantasy points to RBs, and Walker hasn’t scored since Week 3. He’s only a fringe flex play in this matchup. Week 7 Start/Sit: Quarterbacks

NFL Week 7 Start Sit: Quarterbacks

Week 7 Start/Sit: Quarterbacks Week 7 is here, and the fantasy landscape is starting to stabilize — or completely unravel, depending on your roster. With injuries piling up and bye weeks creating chaos, finding the right start/sit edge can make all the difference. Written by Adam Krautwurst STARTS Caleb Williams has surpassed 19 fantasy points in three of five games and dipped below 16 only once, proving to be one of the more stable QB options this season. The Saints are a neutral matchup, but their lack of pressure works in his favor — Williams owns a 109 passer rating when kept clean. Given his consistency and efficiency, he remains a strong start this week. Jordan Love underwhelmed in Week 6 with just 16 points, but a rebound is in sight against Arizona. The Cardinals just gave up 26 points to Daniel Jones and have now allowed four straight quarterbacks to exceed 20 fantasy points. Love, who scored 32.3 in his last road game, profiles as a solid low-end QB1. SITS Jaxson Dart has flashed upside as a runner, but this week’s matchup in Denver is brutal. The Broncos are surrendering just 15.8 points and 254 yards per game, and they’ve smothered rushing quarterbacks, allowing barely 7 yards per contest on the ground. With limited passing volume, Dart’s ceiling is capped — keep him benched. Daniel Jones has thrived at home but struggled on the road, failing to reach 18 points in either away start. The Chargers have been stingy, giving up the fifth-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks and allowing just one multi-touchdown passer all year. Jones is best reserved for multi-QB formats. Week 6 TE Start/Sit

NFL Week 6 Start Sit: TEs

Week 6 TE Start/Sit Week 6 is here, and by now fantasy rosters are starting to take shape — for better or worse. With injuries, bye weeks, and surprising breakouts shaking things up, every lineup decision counts. Written by Adam Krautwurst STARTS Mark Andrews Mark Andrews draws a soft matchup against the Rams, who continue to struggle against tight ends after finishing dead last versus the position in 2023. They’ve surrendered touchdowns to a TE in three straight games. Andrews leads Baltimore in red-zone looks and should capitalize here. Mason Taylor Mason Taylor is quietly emerging as a safety valve for Justin Fields, commanding 19 targets over the past two weeks. If Patrick Surtain locks down Garrett Wilson, Taylor’s volume should remain strong enough to make him a viable streaming play at tight end. SITS Juwan Johnson Juwan Johnson’s production has dipped sharply, with targets trending down as Taysom Hill and Alvin Kamara eat into his opportunities. Facing a disciplined Patriots defense, Johnson’s floor is too low to justify starting. Kyle Pitts Kyle Pitts has clawed back into relevance but draws the Bills, who have allowed the second-fewest fantasy points and third-fewest yards to tight ends. With limited scoring chances, Pitts is better left on benches this week. QB Start em Sit em RB Start em Sit em WR Start em Sit em

Week 6 WR Start/Sit

NFL Week 6 Start Sit: WRs

Week 6 WR Start/Sit Week 6 is here, and by now fantasy rosters are starting to take shape — for better or worse. With injuries, bye weeks, and surprising breakouts shaking things up, every lineup decision counts. Written by Adam Krautwurst STARTS Josh Downs Josh Downs is finally seeing the usage many fantasy managers expected. He led the Colts in targets and catches last week and now faces an Arizona defense that’s vulnerable underneath. Slot receivers have averaged nearly 90 yards and a score per game against the Cardinals. Downs’ volume makes him a strong WR3 with WR2 potential. Stefon Diggs Stefon Diggs remains red-hot after posting 247 yards and 16+ PPR points in consecutive games. Despite a tough matchup with the Saints, New Orleans has already allowed multiple wideouts to top 17 PPR points this year. Diggs should stay productive as a dependable WR2. SITS Garrett Wilson Garrett Wilson has been outstanding, but his Week 6 matchup against Denver — and Patrick Surtain II — is brutal. Surtain has held multiple star receivers under 10 fantasy points this season, making Wilson a tough start outside of deeper formats. Jameson Williams Jameson Williams remains a boom-or-bust option, ranking near the bottom of the league in catch rate despite elite air yards. The Chiefs defense has allowed the lowest completion rate and passer rating on deep throws. Williams’ volatility makes him an easy sit. QB Start em Sit em RB Start em Sit em TE Start em Sit em

Week 6 RB Start/Sit

NFL Week 6 Start Sit: RBs

Week 6 RB Start/Sit Week 6 is here, and by now fantasy rosters are starting to take shape — for better or worse. With injuries, bye weeks, and surprising breakouts shaking things up, every lineup decision counts. Written by Adam Krautwurst STARTS Rhamondre Stevenson Rhamondre Stevenson keeps finding ways to stay fantasy-relevant, whether as a receiver or goal-line hammer. He’s coming off a two-touchdown performance and remains heavily trusted in key situations. Facing a Saints defense that’s looked better on paper than on film, Stevenson is a solid RB2 with scoring upside. J.K. Dobbins J.K. Dobbins continues to dominate the Denver backfield with over 50% of snaps and all the short-yardage work. He leads the NFL in runs of 10+ yards and has scored in every game this season. The Jets have allowed the seventh-most rushing yards to running backs, and with game script in his favor, Dobbins should deliver another steady outing. SITS Derrick Henry Derrick Henry remains healthy but hampered by game flow. With Baltimore’s defense forcing shootouts and the Rams projected for 30+ points, Baltimore will likely be in catch-up mode, limiting Henry’s touches. He’s a risky start in Week 6. Jaylen Warren Jaylen Warren faces a brutal Browns defense that ranks third in fewest fantasy points allowed to RBs. With Kenneth Gainwell also mixing in, the workload is too unpredictable. Both backs are best left on the bench. QB Start em Sit em WR Start em Sit em TE Start em Sit em

Week 6 QB Start/Sit

NFL Week 6 Start/Sit: QBs

Week 6 QB Start/Sit Week 6 is here, and by now fantasy rosters are starting to take shape — for better or worse. With injuries, bye weeks, and surprising breakouts shaking things up, every lineup decision counts. Written by Adam Krautwurst STARTS Matt Stafford Matt Stafford has been on a tear, topping 375 yards and throwing three touchdowns in back-to-back games. After torching the 49ers, he now gets a depleted Ravens defense that’s surrendered the second-most passing yards and the most touchdowns through the air. Baltimore has also allowed the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks while generating little pressure. Stafford stays hot — ride the wave. Jordan Love Jordan Love erupted for 32.3 fantasy points before Green Bay’s bye and now faces a Bengals defense that’s been generous to opposing QBs. Cincinnati has allowed four straight signal-callers to top 20 points, including Trevor Lawrence and Jared Goff, both clearing 25. Love profiles as a top-10 fantasy quarterback this week. SITS Kyler Murray Kyler Murray has topped 20 fantasy points only twice this season and now deals with a foot injury that could limit his rushing. The Colts rank eighth in fewest fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks, holding nearly every passer under 14 points. Murray belongs on the bench in single-QB leagues. Trevor Lawrence Trevor Lawrence’s big Week 5 feels unsustainable. He had more rushing production than usual, but Seattle’s defense ranks among the league’s best at creating pressure and holding opposing passers in check. Don’t chase last week’s numbers in this matchup. RB Start em Sit em WR Start em Sit em TE Start em Sit em

Week 5 Start/Sit: Top TE Picks

NFL Week 5 Start Sit: Tight Ends

Week 5 Start/Sit – Tight End Week 5 is here, and fantasy managers are starting to get a clear picture of who they can rely on. With injuries piling up and matchups becoming more telling, making the right start/sit calls is crucial for tight ends. Written by high-stakes pro Adam Krautwurst Starts Jake Ferguson Jake Ferguson has been unstoppable, topping 16 points in three straight games while emerging as Dak Prescott’s most consistent weapon. With tight ends producing well against the Jets, Ferguson is a locked-in TE1. Dalton Kincaid Dalton Kincaid has offered both a safe floor and touchdown upside, scoring at least seven points in every game. The Patriots have been soft against tight ends, keeping Kincaid firmly in the starting mix. Sits Check out the other Week 4 Start em Sit em: QB Start em Sit em RB Start em Sit em WR Start em Sit em

NFL Week 5 Start Sit: Wide Receivers

Week 5 Start/Sit – Wide Receiver Week 5 is here, and fantasy managers are starting to get a clear picture of who they can rely on. With injuries piling up and matchups becoming more telling, making the right start/sit calls is crucial for wide receivers. Written by high-stakes pro Adam Krautwurst Starts Jakobi Meyers Jakobi Meyers has cooled the past two weeks, but the volume is still there. He remains a trusted target for Geno Smith and gets a favorable matchup with the Colts, who have allowed the third-most points to receivers. Meyers is a solid WR2 bounce-back candidate. Xavier Worthy Xavier Worthy returned from injury with 121 total yards on eight targets and two carries. He brings explosive upside back to Kansas City’s offense, and with Jacksonville struggling to contain wideouts, he profiles as a strong WR2 again this week. Sits Stefon Diggs Stefon Diggs looked sharp with 101 yards last week, but Buffalo’s secondary has suffocated opposing receivers, holding stars like Tyreek Hill and Chris Olave under 50 yards. Diggs could struggle in this matchup despite his volume. Tee Higgins Tee Higgins has averaged just 34 yards this season and has been invisible with Jake Browning at quarterback. With no reliable floor or ceiling, he belongs on fantasy benches until the Bengals’ offense shows signs of life. QB Start em Sit em RB Start em Sit em TE Start em Sit em
