Now, let’s break down all the latest fantasy-relevant injury news in this week’s Fantasy Football Injury Rundown. We will continually update this list. Week 5 BYES: Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Chargers, Seattle Seahawks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Fantasy Football Injury Rundown: Week 5 Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR) Detroit Lions – The Lions should have no problem with Carolina on Sunday. However, they’ll have to win without their top wideout. Amon-Ra St. Brown was downgraded to DOUBTFUL on Friday with an abdominal injury. Josh Reynolds (groin) is also questionable. Also, RB Jahmyr Gibbs was added to the injury report and listed as questionable with a hamstring injury. Any late-week injuries are always a concern. Particularly hamstring ailments. Could be a game to target Marvin Jones or even Jameson Williams. However, the real benefactor will be T.J. Hockenson. UPDATE: Gibbs has been downgraded to doubtful. I have removed him from the Week 5 projections. The #Lions are listing WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (abdomen) as doubtful for Sunday’s game vs. Carolina pic.twitter.com/CXccav8yOL — Ari Meirov (@MySportsUpdate) October 6, 2023 Mike Evans (WR) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Evans exited Week 4’s victory with a hamstring strain. He will undergo an MRI but the early diagnosis is it was a mild strain. With the Bucs having a Week 5 bye, the hope is that Evans won’t miss any time. Tee Higgins (WR) Cincinnati Bengals – Higgins fractured a rib in Cincinnati’s Week 4 loss to the Titans. A typical rib fracture can take 3-4 weeks to heal. However, Higgins indicated that he plans to play through the pain. With the Bengals looking at a Week 7 bye, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Higgins out until Week 8 in what is increasingly looking like a lost season. Of course, Higgins is set to hit the open market and could be motivated to push for an earlier return. UPDATE: Higgins has been ruled OUT this week. That puts Tyler Boyd in as a replacement. Cooper Kupp (WR) Los Angeles Rams – Kupp (hamstring) will practice this week. The Rams want Kupp to be close to 100%. However, there are doubts that he is there yet. We will know more by the end of the week. Consider him questionable. UPDATE: Kupp will play. Fire him up. Justin Herbert (QB) Los Angeles Chargers – Herbert fractured a finger and suffered a nail injury to his left (non-throwing) hand. Herbert re-entered the game with a splint and later had a glove on his left hand. The Chargers are off this week, which gives Herbert an extra week to heal. However, he shouldn’t miss any time. Javonte Williams (RB) Denver Broncos – Williams could miss a week or two with a hip flexor injury. Jaleel McLaughlin looked good in relief. Also, the club has Samaje Perine. Williams isn’t expected to miss more than a week, at most. UPDATE: Williams has practiced. However, Jaleel McLaughlin is expected to see an increased role. Williams is a risky start in a tough matchup. Kenny Pickett (QB) Pittsburgh Steelers – Pickett hurt his left knee in Houston and was unable to finish the game. It was diagnosed as a bone bruise. A report out of Pittsburgh indicated that Picket plans to practice on Wednesday, which is a good sign for his Week 5 availability. UPDATE: Pickett is good to go. Pat Freiermuth (TE) Pittsburgh Steelers – The Steelers will also be without one of Pickett’s top targets for multiple weeks. Friermuth suffered a hamstring injury in Houston and is expected to miss multiple weeks. Connor Heyward will see an increased role in Friermuth’s absence. Also, second-round rookie Darnell Washington played 43% of snaps in Week 4. However, Washington is employed as an in-line blocker and has one target all season. Donald Parham (TE) Los Angeles Chargers – The Chargers are off in Week 5. That gives Parham extra time to heal his wrist. X-rays were negative, so Parham’s availability will have to be re-evaluated before the Chargers host the Cowboys. Saquon Barkley (RB) New York Giants – Barkley missed his second consecutive game Monday. There was optimism that he would suit up. But he was unable to face Seattle. We will update Barkley’s Week 5 availability in Discord. Jimmy Garoppolo (QB) Las Vegas Raiders – Garoppolo couldn’t clear the NFL’s concussion protocol for Week 4. However, he should do so this week. That would put Garoppolo in line to start on Monday. UPDATE: Garoppolo cleared the league’s protocol and will start Week 5. Elijah Mitchell (RB) San Francisco 49ers – Mitchell (knee) is OUT. Jordan Mason will serve as San Fran’s RB2. Josh Whyle (TE) Tennesse Titans – Whyle suffered an ankle injury in Week 4. However, Whyle won’t miss any time. Matthew Judon (LB) New England Patriots – A torn bicep will keep Judon sidelined for 2-3 months. New England also lost first-round CB Christian Gonzalez. The Patriots are already struggling to score points and now could have trouble stopping their opponents. Now, let’s break down all the latest fantasy-relevant injury news in this week’s Fantasy Football Injury Rundown. We will continually update this list. Fantasy Football Injury Rundown: Week 4 Mike Williams (WR) Los Angeles Chargers – The biggest injury to emerge from Week 3 was word that Williams tore his ACL. His 2023 campaign is over. This will mean a larger role for Joshua Palmer and Quentin Johnston. Also, Keenan Allen is the best bet to lead the league in targets. David Montgomery (RB) Detroit Lions – Good news out of Detroit. RB David Montgomery is trending toward being active on Thursday. Missing only one game would be great news for Montgomery. However, it would take some touches away from Jahmyr Gibbs. Dan Campbell said he’s feeling better about LT Taylor Decker and RB David Montgomery being able to play Thursday in Green Bay. — Tim Twentyman (@ttwentyman) September 26, 2023 Saquon Barkley (RB) New York Giants – Barkley practiced in a limited capacity Tuesday. It was announced last week that he was suffering from a high-ankle sprain. That’s concerning news. However, Barkley is a fast healer. Also, the Giants have an additional day since their Week 4 game is on Monday. Of course, this isn’t great news from a fantasy perspective as a late-game scratch would leave fantasy managers with no recourse. Unless it’s announced for certain, plan on finding another alternative to Barkley for at least one more week. Deebo Samuel (WR) San Francisco 49ers – Samuel is dealing with a rib injury. However, X-rays were negative. We should know more about his Week 4 status in the coming days and will update accordingly. For now, there isn’t a lot of concern. Christian Watson (WR) Green Bay Packers – A hamstring injury has kept Watson out of Green Bay’s first three games. However, things are looking good for Week 4. The Packers plan on Thursday. And the early talk is that Watson will make his 2023 debut. Also, we will know well in advance if Watson will be active. I’ll have an update in the FullTime Fantasy Discord before kickoff. Patrick Mahomes (QB) Kansas City Chiefs – Superstar QB Pat Mahomes had his right ankle rolled up. Mahomes had a noticeable limp. However, he was able to finish the game without issue. We view this as a non-factor. Jaylen Waddle (WR) Miami Dolphins – Waddle missed Miami’s historic Week 3 win with a head injury. Waddle has not been cleared but the team remains optimistic that he will return before Sunday’s game in Buffalo. Aaron Jones (RB) Green Bay Packers – Green Bay is also expected to have Aaron Jones back in the lineup after a one-week absence. Jones tweaked his hamstring in Week 2 but was close to playing Sunday. Anthony Richardson (QB) Indianapolis Colts – Richardson remains in the league’s concussion protocol. Shane Steichen announced Richardson will resume the starting job once he is cleared. The Colts host the LA Rams on Sunday. Tee Higgins (WR) Cincinnati Bengals – Higgins had a rough night that culminated in him exiting in the third quarter with cramps. However, the injury isn’t a concern. He’ll look to get back on track this week against Tennessee’s 28th-ranked secondary. Derek Carr (QB) New Orleans Saints – Carr is week to week with a sprained AC joint. Expect Jameis Winston to start Week 4 against his former team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jimmy Garoppolo (QB) Las Vegas Raiders – Garoppolo entered the NFL’s concussion protocol following Las Vegas’ Week 3 loss. Boston Scott (RB) Philadephia Eagles – Philly’s No. 3 back missed Monday with a concussion. Scott will have to progress through the league’s protocol before he can return to action. Irv Smith (TE) Cincinnati Bengals – Smith missed Week 3 via the dreaded hamstring injury. We will have more updates in Discord as Week 4 progresses. River Cracraft (WR) Miami Dolphins – A shoulder injury will sideline Cracraft for multiple weeks. Quez Watkins (WR) Philadelphia Eagles – Watkins missed Week 3 with a hamstring injury. Olamide Zaccheaus filled in as WR3. Neither Philadelphia ancillary wideout is on the fantasy radar. Tylan Wallace (WR) Baltimore Ravens – The Ravens placed Wallace (hamstring) on IR. The earliest he can return is Week 8. The 2023 NFL season is underway but it’s not too late to get access to the best help out there! Now, let’s break down all the latest fantasy-relevant injury news in this week’s Fantasy Football Injury Rundown. Also, we will continually update this list as more news is confirmed. Fantasy Football Injury Rundown: Week 3 Nick Chubb (RB) Cleveland Browns – Unfortunately, Chubb’s 2023 season is over after a devastating left knee injury. Chubb previously came back from a catastrophic injury to the same knee at Georgia. However, it is too early to tell if that will have any impact on the recovery of Monday’s injury. Jerome Ford becomes the top waiver wire priority for Week 3. Also, there are some rumblings of a reunion with Kareem Hunt. Browns’ HC Kevin Stefanski told reporters that he expects RB Nick Chubb to be out for the season with a significant knee injury. — Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) September 19, 2023 Saquon Barkley (RB) New York Giants – A sprained ankle is expected to sideline Barkley for 2-3 weeks. Even though he is reportedly doing better than expected in his recovery, there is no chance Barkley will play on short rest in Week 3. The positive here is Barkley avoided a high-ankle sprain and that he’s trending positively. Matt Breida would log starts for any games Barkley misses. Austin Ekeler (RB) Los Angeles Chargers – What was quite an under-the-radar ankle injury last week looks much more concerning heading into Week 3. In comments to the media after LA’s second-consecutive loss, Brandon Staley said there is no timetable for when Ekeler could be back in the Chargers’ lineup. This is obviously a big blow for fantasy managers and the Chargers, who have a pivotal game against the winless Vikings this week. Joshua Kelley dominated snaps in Week 2 and should continue to act as the club’s main back as long as Ekeler is absent. Joe Burrow (QB) Cincinnati Bengals – It could be a while before we see a fully healthy Joe Burrow. Cincinnati’s QB is still dealing with that calf injury. Zac Taylor indicated that Burrow is questionable to play in Week 3. With the Bengals scheduled for Monday, fantasy managers should consider all other options. Anthony Richardson (QB) Indianapolis Colts – Richardson’s second game was off to a promising start before he self-reported concussion symptoms and left the game in the second quarter. The first-round rookie is in the league’s concussion protocol. It could be difficult for him to be cleared in time to suit up in Baltimore. As of now, it’s looking like Gardner Minshew is likely to draw the Week 3 start. We will keep the FullTime Fantasy Discord channel appraised. David Montgomery (RB) Detroit Lions – A quad injury will keep Montgomery out for a game or two. This may, or may not mean a bigger role for Jahmyr Gibbs. After Montgomery exited on Sunday, Craig Reynolds began seeing snaps immediately. Also, the club promoted Zonoan Knight from the practice squad on Tuesday. Fortunatley, the injury isn’t particularly concerning, so it may only cost Montgomery 1-2 games. Brandon Aiyuk (WR) San Francisco 49ers – A CT scan revealed that Aiyuk’s clavicle is intact. This is good news. Aiyuk’s availability on Thursday will come down to pain tolerance. We will have an update in Discord once there is some clarity. Jamaal Williams (RB) New Orleans Saints – Williams hurt his hamstring in the second quarter and was unable to return to action. Williams has been inefficient but got a lot of opportunities in his game and a half. If he misses Week 3, Tony Jones would likely draw the start, with Kendre Miller likely to make his debut. Also, this is the final week that the Saints won’t have Alvin Kamara, who is due to return in Week 4. Williams’s potential to be an RB2/3 is on very shaky ground. Brandin Cooks (WR) Dallas Cowboys – After sitting out Week 2 with a sprained MCL, Cooks is trending toward a Week 3 return per Jerry Jones. This would actually be a surprise as MCL injuries generally take 2-3 to fully recover from. We would advise proceeding with caution this week in regards to starting Cooks. Diontae Johnson (WR) Pittsburgh Steelers – Johnson was placed on Injured Reserve by the Steelers. The earliest he will return is Week 7. Pittsburgh’s offense has looked stagnant. But Johnson is too good of a player to cut bait. Fantasy managers with IR slots have no choice but to play the waiting game. Chris Evans (RB) Cincinnati Bengals – Evans missed Week 2 with a hamstring injury. Trayveon Williams earned a 22% snap share with Evans sidelined. Now, let’s break down all the latest fantasy-relevant injury news in this week’s Fantasy Football Injury Rundown. Also, we will continually update this list as more news is confirmed. Fantasy Football Injury Rundown: Week 2 Aaron Rodgers (QB) New York Jets – Potentially the most impactful injury occurred after only four plays on Monday. Rodgers was sacked and initially stood up. However, he sat back down on the turf and eventually was carted to the locker room. X-rays were negative. However, the fantasy world is embracing itself for a lengthy absence due to fears of an Achilles injury, which would end his season. Head coach Robert Saleh said the prognosis “is not good” for Rodgers. UPDATE: An MRI confirmed that Rodgers suffered a ruptured Achilles and will miss the rest of 2023. J.K. Dobbins (RB) Baltimore Ravens – The biggest blow from Sunday came when Baltimore’s starting running back was once again felled by a season-ending injury. This time, Dobbins tore his Achilles in the third quarter. Dobbins missed the entire 2021 season and half of the 2022 campaign recovering from a knee injury. Achilles ruptures are notoriously difficult to recover from, putting Dobbins’ dynasty value in peril. Obviously, he’ll miss the rest of 2023 and can be released in redraft leagues. Justice Hill is the priority waiver wire add. However, Gus Edwards and Melvin Gordon will also be involved. Diontae Johnson (WR) Pittsburgh Steelers – Pittsburgh’s star wideout was unable to get up after hurting his hamstring on a 26-yard catch-and-run. Subsequently, Johnson was immediately ruled out. That’s worrisome. Expect him to miss multiple weeks. That’s a huge loss for an offense that really sputtered in Week 1. Calvin Austin would be the next man up for the Steelers. UPDATE: Johnson will miss “a few weeks.” Anthony Richardson (QB) Indianapolis Colts – Richardson missed Indy’s final drive of their opening loss with an ankle injury. However, Shane Steichen told reporters Monday that the injury wasn’t serious and Richardson was held out as a precaution. Assuming he’s clear, Richardson will be a QB1 against Houston in Week 2. Mark Andrews (TE) Baltimore Ravens – Andrews was ruled out for Week 1 with a quad injury. He practiced during the week and it’s possible the Ravens just held Andrews out as a precaution in a game where they were double-digit home favorites. We should know more in the days ahead. Travis Kelce (TE) Kansas City Chiefs – A hyperextended knee kept Kelce out of Thursday’s game. Considering the decision to hold Kelce out went right up until game time, there is optimism that he’ll be good to go this week. We will keep a close eye on practice reports throughout the week. Jerry Jeudy (WR) Denver Broncos – Hamstrings were particularly troublesome for some wide receivers late in the preseason. That ailment kept Jeudy out of Denver’s Week 1 loss to Las Vegas. However, Jeudy wasn’t ruled out until late on Sunday. That is a reason for some optimism for Week 2. Greg Dulcich (TE) Denver Broncos – Dulcich will miss “multiple weeks” with yet another hamstring injury. Adam Trautman is the next man up for Denver. Christian Watson (WR) Green Bay Packers – Yet another hamstring injury kept Watson out last Sunday. Fortunately, the Packers did need his services to dispatch the Bears. The early diagnosis is Watson will be cleared to face Atlanta. We’ll monitor the recovery process this week and update the Discord channel. Aaron Jones (RB) Green Bay Packers – While we’re on the topic of hamstrings, Jones injured his housing his second touchdown of the game. First, it didn’t seem too serious as he was able to keep jogging. Secondly, the initial diagnosis is optimistic. However, hamstrings can be tricky. Especially for running backs. Jakobi Meyers (WR) Las Vegas Raiders – Meyers had a huge debut in Las Vegas but was forced from the game after taking a brutal helmet-to-helmet shot. He’s entered the league’s concussion protocol and won’t be able to practice until he is fully cleared. Pat Freiermuth (TE) Pittsburgh Steelers – Muth was limited to 32 snaps while dealing with a chest injury. The good news is that he was able to finish the game. It doesn’t seem like anything serious. Evan Hull (RB) Indianapolis Colts – The rookie rusher will miss multiple weeks with a knee injury. Also, Deon Jackson was predictably awful, making Zach Moss a priority waiver target in a tasty Week 2 matchup against the Texans. D.J. Chark (WR) Carolina Panthers – A hamstring injury kept Chark out of Carolina’s season-opening loss. The club is hopeful Chark will be able to suit up against the Saints. Graham Gano (PK) New York Giants – Gano hurt his calf during New York’s Week 1 humiliation. Gano missed both of his field goal attempts before going down. Considering how poorly the Giants played on Sunday night, there is no reason to roster Gano in fantasy leagues right now. Kenneth Gainwell (RB) Philadelphia Eagles – Gainwell is dealing with a rib injury. It isn’t considered serious, but the Eagles do play on Thursday, giving him little time to heal. D’Andre Swift should see more than two touches regardless. The 2023 NFL season is underway but it’s not too late to get access to the best help out there! Fantasy Football Injury Rundown

After a three-day Wild-Card weekend, we’re down to the final four in each conference. This weekend’s Division Round offers some intriguing matchups. However, some key injuries are sure to make an impact on the field and in fantasy lineups. Our Fantasy Football Injury Rundown breaks down all the injuries you’ll need to know before you finalize your playoff lineups. Speaking of Fantasy Football Playoff Leagues, there’s still time to enter a Division Round Best ball Draft. Also, somebody is going to win a trip to Maui by simply having the highest two-week best ball run. That could be you! Next, let’s get to the fantasy football injury rundown. Jalen Hurts (QB) Philadelphia Eagles – Now more than a month since Hurts injured his shoulder, all indications are that Hurts is fully healthy. The SC joint that Hurts injured should no longer impact his throwing or running. Before that injury, Hurts and the Eagles dispatched the Giants 48-22 back in Week 14. Trevor Lawrence (QB) Jacksonville Jaguars – Lawrence is listed as limited with a toe injury. However, this issue has lingered for weeks but has not hampered Lawrence on the field. Lawrence should be good to go as the Jags are big underdogs in Kansas City. Isaiah McKenzie (WR) Buffalo Bills – McKenzie hurt his hamstring prior to last week and missed Buffalo’s win. However, McKenzie returned to practice in full Wednesday. Expect McKenzie to return to action versus Cincinnati. Isaiah Hodgins (WR) New York Giants – Similar to last week, Hodgins has been limited in practice with an ankle injury. Hodgins played through the ailment last week and had a dominant game. This is a non-issue. Also, Hodgins found the end-zone against Philadelphia in Week 14. We view Hodgins as a solid WR3 in this slate. Clyde Edwards-Helaire (RB) Kansas City Chiefs – Kansas City’s backfield should be reinforced just in time for the postseason. Edwards-Helaire has been out since Week 11 with a high-ankle sprain but returned to practice Tuesday. CEH dominated touches in the opening month of the season. But, as things progressed, Jerrick McKinnon and Isiah Pacheco emerged as bigger parts of the offense. It’s hard to pinpoint how much of a role Edwards-Helaire will have in the Division Round. Mecole Hardman (WR) Kansas City Chiefs – Out since Week 9, Hardman is looking unlikely for the Division Round. Andy Reid told the media that Hardman’s core injury recovery isn’t where it needs to be. This makes it highly unlikely that Hardman will play this week. The #Chiefs say that WR Mecole Hardman is out of practice again on Wednesday. DE Frank Clark, who was limited on Tuesday, is expected to do more on Wednesday. Both IR players, RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire and TE Jody Fortson, did “well” on Tuesday and are expected to work Wednesday. — Pete Sweeney (@pgsween) January 18, 2023 Skyy Moore (WR) Kansas City Chiefs – The rookie wideout missed the regular-season finale with a hand injury but was cleared to practice without restrictions. However, Moore played fewer than 20% of Kansas City’s snaps this season and had single-digit receiving yards in seven of his final 10 games. Moore is nothing more than a cheap DFS option this week. Jamal Agnew (WR) Jacksonville Jaguars – Agnew was listed as limited with a shoulder ailment. He played through the same injury last week, so it doesn’t appear to be much of a concern. However, Agnew’s 12.5% snap rate is. Maui Madness Playoff Pick’Em — ($25 or a 5-pack for $100) Maui Madness is still accepting entries up until Conference Championship Weekend as the contest takes your highest two weekly scores to determine the winner. While most fantasy football leagues have already concluded, that does not mean the fun is over. In fact, the best is yet to come for one skilled fantasy player! That person who can build the best fantasy lineup for the playoffs will win the grand prize of A Trip for Four to Maui!
Fantasy Football Injury Rundown

The NFL playoffs are here, but plenty of injuries will still impact this weekend’s action. If anything, injuries now have an even bigger impact. Our Fantasy Football Injury Rundown catches you up on the latest. Speaking of fantasy football, the season is far from over. With the FFWC, NFL Playoff Fantasy Leagues are open. Enter your shot at winning FFWC Online Championship seats (FREE!), a trip to Maui, and the grand prize of $20,000! Click below to find out more. Now, onto the fantasy football injury rundown. Lamar Jackson (QB) Baltimore Ravens – Jackson has yet to resume practicing and has all but been ruled out. Injured initially in Week 13, Jackson hasn’t been close to returning or seen practicing in six weeks. Also, backup Tyler Huntley (wrist) has been limited. If Huntley cannot go, Anthony Brown will get a rematch with the Bengals this week. Tua Tagovailoa (QB) Miami Dolphins – Head coach Mike McCoy indicated that Tagovailoa has still not cleared concussion protocol. McCoy also ruled Tagovailoa out for Miami’s wild-card matchup. Teddy Bridgewater (finger) is also expected to be sidelined. That puts rookie Skylar Thompson in line to start against a surging Buffalo squad. It has been a decade since a first-year quarterback has won a playoff game. Raheem Mostert (RB) Miami Dolphins – Mostert fractured his thumb in Miami’s finale and is questionable to play on Sunday. Even with a cast, it is hard to see a running back contributing with a broken thumb. Should Mostert sit, Jeff Wilson would be slated for a lot of touches against Buffalo. Mike Williams (WR) Los Angeles Chargers – Williams exited Week 18 with a back injury that looked worrisome. He has yet to practice this week. Los Angeles also has to travel to Jacksonville for Saturday’s game. This gives Williams less time to recover. Conversely, it is looking like Williams is unlikely to play in the wild-card round. Kenneth Walker (RB) Seattle Seahawks – Walker (ankle)did not practice Wednesday. However, this appears to be a routine rest day for the rookie. Walker has racked up three consecutive games with 23-plus rushes and 100-plus rushing yards. Jaylen Waddle (WR) Miami Dolphins – Another issue for the banged-up Dolphins. Waddle (ankle) was limited in practice. However, local media seem to think the limited tag was simply a precaution. Waddle is fully expected to suit up on Sunday. Gus Edward (RB) Baltimore Ravens – Edwards exited Week 18 early and is still in the league’s concussion protocol. It is looking unlikely that Edwards will be able to play this week. That puts JK Dobbins in a position to see a lot of work for the injury-ravaged Ravens. Tee Higgins (WR) Cincinnati Bengals – Higgins sat out Wednesday’s practice with an undisclosed illness. Currently, there doesn’t seem to be any concern about Higgins’ Week 19 status because he is not injured. Trevor Lawrence (QB) Jacksonville Jaguars – The Jaguars listed QB Trevor Lawrence as limited with a toe injury. However, Lawrence played through the ailment last week without issue. Noah Fant (TE) Seattle Seahawks – Seattle’s starting tight end was once again limited in practice by a knee injury. This has been commonplace for Fant, who has yet to miss a game. Finally, Fant played over 64% of Seattle’s snaps last week and should be good to go versus San Francisco. Our fantasy playoffs challenge is live! Fantasy Football Injury Rundown

You navigated troubled waters and have reached your destination: Championship week. Congratulations on advancing to the final week. FullTime’s Fantasy Football Injury Rundown will give you the latest news on players who may or may not be active in Week 17. Also, be sure to join us in the FullTime Fantasy Discord Channel for injury updates throughout the week. And, check the Week 17 waiver wire suggestions for help. Now, let’s check out the Week 17 fantasy football injury rundown. Tua Tagovailoa (QB) Miami Dolphins – Back in the NFL’s concussion protocol for the third second time, fantasy managers should be prepared to be without Tagovailoa this week. The Dolphins should step in and protect their franchise signal-caller. Expect Teddy Bridgewater to be under center against the Patriots. Lamar Jackson (QB) Baltimore Ravens – Jackson hasn’t practiced since injuring his PCL in Week 13. Also, since the Ravens have already clinched a playoff spot. There’s a good chance Jackson won’t be active again in the regular season. Jalen Hurts (QB) Philadelphia Eagles – After missing one game, Hurts is angling to play this week. Philadelphia needs one win to clinch the NFC’s only bye. However, the Eagles have a more-than-capable backup in Gardner Minshew. At best, Hurts is a 50/50 proposition for Sunday’s tilt. Tony Pollard (RB) Dallas Cowboys – Pollard (knee) missed a second consecutive practice Tuesday. The Cowboys travel to Dallas to take on the Titans on Thursday. As a result, Pollard is looking like a very questionable Week 16 option, especially on short rest. Tyler Lockett (WR) Seattle Seahawks – Lockett sat out last week after having surgery on his broken finger. However, it is possible Lockett could return in a limited capacity this week. That said we’ll monitor Lockett’s practice participation throughout the week. Christian Watson (WR) Green Bay Packers – Watson exited Week 16’s victory with an undisclosed left hip injury. Watson is listed as day-to-day. Greg Dulcich (TE) Denver Broncos – Another hamstring injury is likely to end Dulcich’s season. It wouldn’t make any sense for a team that just dismissed their coach to rush a player back in a lost season. If Dulcich is done, Denver would resort to a tight-end committee in Week 17. Antonio Gibson (RB) Washington Commanders – Gibson has an undisclosed sprain that puts his Week 17 status in doubt. Once we learn more about the location and severity of the ailment, we will update our Week 17 projections. Antonio Gibson is dealing with a “sprain,” Rivera said. Wouldn’t reveal the body part, but sounds concerning. That injury led to more Jonathan Williams last week. — Ben Standig (@BenStandig) December 27, 2022 Hunter Henry (TE) New England Patriots – New England has issues with both tight ends. Henry is in danger of missing Week 17 with a knee injury. Meanwhile, Jonnu Smith exited Week 16 with a potential concussion. We’ll monitor the status of both players and update Discord when news breaks. Will Dissly (TE) Seattle Seahawks – Seattle placed Dissly on IR with a knee injury. Because of that, Dissly’s 2022 fantasy season is over. Jaycee Horn (CB) Carolina Panthers – A broken wrist will end Jaycee Horn’s regular season. Simultaneously, the Panthers signed veteran DB Josh Norman to fill in. However, if Carolina makes a lengthy playoff run, Horn could suit up again in January. ENTER OUR WEEK 17 DRAFT CONTEST! Fantasy Football Injury Rundown

Congratulations on advancing to Week 16! The championship is just a week away. To advance on, our Fantasy Football Injury Rundown will help keep you up-to-date on all the fantasy-relevant injuries that will impact playoff rosters. Also, be sure to join us in the FullTime Fantasy Discord Channel for injury updates throughout the week. And, check the Week 16 waiver wire suggestions for help. Now, let’s check out the Week 16 fantasy football injury rundown. Friendly reminder: there are 11 NFL games this Saturday to plan around Jalen Hurts (QB) Philadelphia Eagles – The biggest injury to come out of Week 15 was one we didn’t even know occurred. Hurts sprained his right (throwing shoulder) last week but finished the game. He also took all of Philly’s practice snaps on Tuesday. There is some optimism that Hurts will be able to play through the injury. However, the Eagles have little to gain by rushing back the MVP candidate. That means there is a good chance Gardner Minshew will be under center Saturday. We should know more by Friday. Stay tuned and get ready for Minshew Mania. Jonathan Taylor (RB) Indianapolis Colts – Many a playoff game was lost when Taylor got hurt in the first quarter. A high-ankle sprain will end Taylor’s season, along with any shot at fantasy redemption. The Colts will finish out their lost 2022 campaign with a committee of Zack Moss and Deon Jackson. Also, Jordan Wilkins could be sprinkled in. Tyler Lockett (WR) Seattle Seahawks – Lockett had to have surgery on his injured finger and is expected to miss 1-2 weeks. This is a big blow for fantasy managers who have gotten a WR1 value out of Lockett this season. Marquise Goodwin should see a substantial increase in targets and snaps while Lockett is sidelined. Also, expect more targets for DK Metcalf in a scintillating matchup against the Chiefs. Dallas Goedert (TE) Philadelphia Eagles – The Eagles cleared Goedert to return to action this week. Godert has been out since hurting his shoulder in Week 10. This is great news for fantasy managers. Goedert will be an immediate TE1 down the stretch. Mecole Hardman (WR) Kansas City Chiefs – Another welcomed addition to fantasy lineups. Hardman has been out since suffering an abdominal injury in Week 9. Lamar Jackson (QB) Baltimore Ravens – There was growing optimism that Jackson will be able to play in Week 16 after missing two starts. However, Jackson missed Tuesday’s practice session. Also, the Ravens play Saturday which gives Jackson one less day to work with. We’ll update Jackson’s availability in the FullTime Discord channel. Courtland Sutton (WR) Denver Broncos – A hamstring injury has sidelined Sutton for two games. But, there is speculation that Sutton is trending towards playing in Week 16. QB Russell Wilson (concussion) could also return this week. Khalil Herbert (RB) Chicago Bears – The Bears opened Herbert’s 21-day window to return from short-term IR. Before he got hurt, Herbert was outplaying David Montgomery. Although his status for this week is in doubt, Herbert offers RB3/flex potential when he is back on the field. Corey Davis (WR) New York Jets – Davis (concussion) returned to practice Tuesday. The veteran wideout looked poised to return to face the Jaguars on Thursday. Mike White (QB) New York Jets – Zach Wilson will start Week 16 as White (ribs) won’t be ready to play on Thursday. Kenny Pickett (QB) Pittsburgh Steelers – After sitting out last week, Pickett (concussion) will be back under center on Saturday. The first-rounder will be back on the QB2 streaming list at home against a putrid Las Vegas secondary. Damien Harris (RB) New England Patriots – Reports indicated Harris was close to playing last week. He opened Week 16 with a limited practice session. If active, Harris would be on the RB3/4 borderline against the Bengals. Chris Olave (WR) New Orleans Saints – A hamstring injury limited Olave to just 27 (49%) snaps on Sunday. Hamstring injuries are notoriously easy to reoccur, so we’ll have to keep an eye on Olave’s practice participation all week. We may not know Olave’s status until Saturday morning. Equanimeous St. Brown (WR) Chicago Bears – St. Brown exited Week 15 with a head injury. Currently in the NFL’s concussion protocol, it will be difficult for St. Brown to suit up Saturday. Devin Duvernay (WR) Baltimore Ravens – Duvernay suffered a potentially season-ending foot injury on Tuesday. However, Duvernay has been ineffective for two months. ENTER OUR WEEK 16 DRAFT CONTEST! Fantasy Football Injury Rundown

Week 14 will be remembered for all the wrong reasons. A number of key injuries kept many fantasy managers out of the playoffs just as they were needed the most. The FullTime Fantasy Football Injury Rundown goes over some of those key injuries. Plus, we’ll see how they impact the fantasy playoffs. Also, be sure to join us in the FullTime Fantasy Discord Channel for injury updates throughout the week. And, check the Week 15 waiver wire and FAAB suggestions for help. Now, let’s check out the Week 15 fantasy football injury rundown. Friendly reminder: there are 3 NFL games this Saturday to plan around Kyler Murray (QB) Arizona Cardinals – Monday night was a brutal game for injuries. Murray went down with a non-contact injury on Arizona’s third play. Unfortunately, we knew it was going to be bad. Sadly, Murray’s season is over with a torn ACL. Plus, with the injury occurring so late in the season, there is also a real chance Murray could open the 2023 season on the PUP list. Colt McCoy will step in for the fading Cardinals. Deebo Samuel (WR) San Francisco 49ers – Samuel was carted off the field on what appeared to be a severe leg injury. Tuesday it was reported that Samuel only suffered a sprained left ankle and potentially sprained MCL. While this is good news for Samuel’s 2023 prospects, his fantasy season is almost certainly over. Rhamondre Stevenson (RB) New England Patriots – Another victim of the Monday Massacre, Stevenson tried to return after an ankle injury but was in the locker room prior to halftime. Stevenson did not return in the second half. The initial diagnosis looks like a sprained left ankle but there has been no update (unsurprisingly) out of New England. Dameon Pierce (RB) Houston Texans – Pierce exited in the second half with a high-ankle sprain. The rookie rusher has been ruled out for Week 15. And, with the Texans having nothing to play for, there is little motivation for the club to rush Pierce back for Week 16. D.J. Moore (WR) Carolina Panthers – A week after blowing up, Moore put up a goose egg in Week 14. Of course, the star wideout also sprained his knee and is in danger of missing a week or two. The Panthers play Thursday, so there is next to no chance Moore will play in Week 15. Moore is day-to-day. Kenneth Walker (RB) Seattle Seahawks – Pete Carrol wisely held his star rookie out last week. This gives Walker a better chance of being fully healthy for the playoffs. However, with Seattle due up on Thursday, Walker should be considered very questionable. Tee Higgins (WR) Cincinnati Bengals – Higgins logged one snap in Week 14. A hamstring injury that occurred in practice ultimately kept Higgins on the sidelines. Also, the frustrating part is that there was no indication that the hamstring was going to be an issue at all. Higgins is day-to-day but this situation is hard to trust. Tyer Boyd (WR) Cincinnati Bengals – Boyd dislocated his finger and is expected to miss 1-2 weeks. Trenton Irwin will take over as Cincinnati’s slot receiver. Irwin should be considered a PPR waiver priority for the playoffs. Russell Wilson (QB) Denver Broncos – Wilson is in the NFL’s concussion protocol after slamming his head against the ground in the fourth quarter. If Wilson is forced to miss time, Brett Rypien would step in as the starter. Rypien would be a downgrade for the entire Denver offense. Jeff Wilson (RB) Miami Dolphins – Wilson left Sunday’s loss with a hip injury and was absent from practice on Tuesday. The Dolphins play on a short week so Wilson should be considered on the negative side of questionable. Kenny Pickett (QB) Pittsburgh Steelers – The Steelers lost their rookie signal caller to a first-half concussion. This is Pickett’s second concussion, so it would be no surprise to see the club exert caution. We’ll keep the Discord channel updated but for now, expect Mitchell Trubisky to get the starting nod in Carolina. DeVante Parker (WR) New England Patriots – A concussion also knocked Parker out of Monday’s brutal matchup. Parker will have to clear the protocol before he can return to action. Tyler Huntley (QB) Baltimore Ravens – Huntley also suffered a concussion early Sunday. However, Huntley returned to practice on Tuesday, which is a good sign that he should clear the league’s protocol in time to play this week. Dontrelle Hilliard (RB) Denver Broncos – Hilliard exited Week 14 with a neck injury. However, if Hilliard missed time, Hassan Haskins would take over as the change-of-pace back. Mike Boone (RB) Denver Broncos – Boone re-injured his ankle and the initial diagnosis is the dreaded high-ankle sprain. This will end Boone’s season. Marlon Mack played 32% of Denver’s snaps on Sunday and appears to be the team’s RB2 moving forward. Marcus Mariota (QB) Atlanta Falcons – The Falcons placed Mariota on IR. Desmond Ridder will take over as Atlanta’s starter. ENTER OUR WEEK 15 DRAFT CONTEST! How it Works: First, draft your team using our On-Demand Simulator.
