Jaguar Lou's Cash Plays – 12/5/17 PG Kyle Lowry – 8,500 FD & 8,700 DK Kyle Lowry has the most favorable matchup out of any other point guard on tonight’s small three game slate. Let’s start with the DvP’s. The Phoenix Suns are allowing a league high 62.0 FD points over their last five games to opposing point guards. The Suns are also in the bottom 5 percentile in points allowed to opposing point guards over the course of the season at 50.1 allowed PPG. Kyle Lowry should have no problem with Tyler Ulis and should carry the team with DeRozan busy with the likes of Devin Booker. The Toronto Raptors are favored at -13.5 with a 224.5 over-under. Other GPP PG Option(s): Russell Westbrook & Damian Lillard SG Bradley Beal– 7,600 FD & 7,600 DK Bradley Beal faced the same Portland Trail Blazers just five games ago scoring 46.7 points over 35 minutes of play. Beal is still experiencing an uptick in his usage and overall offensive production due to John Wall’s injury. I don’t believe C.J McCollum can fully hault Bradley Beal’s offensive skills – the Washington Wizards most capable scorer. Beal’s recent game logs do scare me but no better time to get back on track than with a rematch against a Portland team who he performed great against just five games ago. The Washington Wizards are underdogs by 5.5 with a 203 over-under. Other GPP SG Option(s): Devin Booker (Upside GPP) SF Otto Porter – 7,000 FD & 6,900 DK The Portland Trail Blazers are currently allowing the most points to opposing small forwards allowing an averaging of 57.0 allowed PPG over their last five games. Porter has been playing better as of late, reaching 40 and 50-point games in two of his last five. I’m not quite sure if I will be rostering Beal and Porter together, injuries and confirmed lineups will dictate that. The Washington Wizards are underdogs by 5.5 with a 203 over-under. Other GPP SF Option(s): T.J Warren & Kelly Oubre Jr. (Hedge off Porter) PF Serge Ibaka – 5,200 FD & 5,000 DK The Phoenix Suns are allowing the most points in the league to opposing power forwards averaging 58.0 PPG over their last five. This is because of the sub-par defense by Marquese Chriss. Chriss will matchup against Serge Ibaka. I fully expect Serge Ibaka to take advantage of this matchup and I have NO problem playing him with Kyle Lowry. This is a different situation than the Porter/Beal conundrum. The Toronto Raptors are favored at -13.5 with a 224.5 over-under. Other GPP PF Option(s): Carmelo Anthony & Derrick Favors (GPP) C Jusuf Nurkic – 7,400 FD & 7,200 DK Jusuf Nurkic faces a defensively struggling Marcin Gortat in this matchup. We all know Nurkic’s upside, but these games only come in the right matchups, I believe facing Gortat is one of those matchup’s. Over their past five games, Marcin Gortat and the Washington Wizards have allowed 51.1 points to opposing Centers. This is bad enough, but when you compare this DvP stat to their season average of 37.2, it becomes pretty apartment something is wrong at the Center position. Jusuf Nukic should be able to take advantage of this matchup and put the team on his back, despite his inconsistent recent game logs. PG Kris Dunn – 6,500 FD & 6,000 DK Kris Dunn had his first break out game of the season last night scoring 47.8 fantasy points. Dunn draws another favorable matchup tonight against Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets. Dunn is a risky play because his numbers are extremely inconsistent, but with inconsistency comes low salary and low ownership. The Chicago Bulls are underdog’s + 11 with a 209 over-under. Other GPP PG Option(s): Ben Simmons & Dennis Schroder SG Gary Harris – 6,100 FD & 5,600 DK Gary Harris has been up and down over his past 5 games alternating between 20 and 30-point efforts. Harris matches up tonight against a Chicago Bulls team that are allowing 64.4 FD points to opposing shooting guard’s over their past five games which is second worst in the league. With Wilson Chandler and Paul Millsap both sidelined expect other players to have to step up, usage upticks are expected for all Denver Nuggets. Gary Harris could be in for a nice game in a favorable matchup at reasonable pricing. The Denver Nuggets are favored by 11 points with a 209 over-under. Other GPP SG Option(s): Donovan Mitchell & Will Barton (Hedge off Harris) SF Juan Hernangomez – 4,000 FD & 3,700 DK This is another cheap value play that will allow you to roster one, two or maybe even three of the big 3 tonight; Lebron James, Giannis Antetokouonmpo & Ben Simmons. Hernangomez started last night for the injured Wilson Chandler posting 22 FD points in 28 minutes. Assuming he starts again tonight, Hernangomez could realistically reach a low 30’s ceiling which is solid value and such low pricing around the industry. The Denver Nuggets are favored by 11 points with a 209 over-under. Other GPP SF Option(s): Robert Covington (Embiid out) PF Montrezl Harrell – 4,400 FD & 3,500 DK Although Harrell is priced up on Fan Duel, the former Houston Rocket is a viable GPP play on both Draft Kings and Fan Duel. We all know Montrezl Harrell has the skills to put up massive numbers, it’s just he’s rarely had the opportunity to showcase his upside as he’s typically overshadowed by other slightly more talented players like Clint Capella and Blake Griffin. BUT with Blake Griffin side lined for tonight’s game, Montrezl Harrell will have the opportunity to play significant minutes. Harrell is more of a value play as he doesn’t carry much of an upside but cheaper plays like this will allow you to afford Lebron James, Giannis Antetokouonmpo & Ben Simmons, which are super stars in great matchups the ideal situations. The Los Angeles Clippers are underdogs at +2.5 with a 200 over-under. Other GPP PF Option(s): John Collins, Amir Johnson & Kenneth Faried C Kevin Love – 7,800 FD & 8,000 DK Kevin Love draws a nice matchup against John Collins with Atlanta usual starting Center, Dwayne Dedmon, out for tonight’s game. Kevin Love started his last game red hot scoring 40+ fantasy points in the first half! Because the game was a blow out his overall point production ended up being more reasonable but still impressive at 54.8 FD points. Love faces a true Power Forward in John Collins that Kevin Love has 20 pounds on! At reasonable salaries around the industry, I fully expect Kevin Love to reach value at the very least tonight against the banged-up Atlanta Hawks. The Cleveland Cavilers are favored by 7.5 points with a 215.5 over-under. Other GPP Center Option(s): Al Horford
