Does anything fly by faster than the Fantasy Football season? With Week 14 in the books, the 2023 FullTime Fantasy Football regular season is now complete. Congratulations to everyone who secured a playoff berth. Here is a look at the Top 30 Leaderboards across our four Major FFWC XI Tournaments in our FFWC High-Stakes Recap: Week 14. Fantasy Football World Championship The 14-week 2023 Fantasy Football World Championship XI regular season is now complete. Congratulations to our 21 teams who earned a $10,000 Dominator Prize by finishing with the Best Record (no ties) plus the Most Points within their league. The list includes Curtis Hirsch and Frankie Taddeo who are the only FFWC XI Owners with two Dominator wins this season. Due to the Dominator victories, those 21 leagues will not have a playoff round. In the other 29 FFWC XI leagues, the top two teams, Best Record (most points tiebreaker) and Most Points will square off for the league championship. League winners collect $4,000 cash and the runner-up banks $1,000 cash. From a sold-out field, totaling 600 FFWC XI teams, 204 squads have advanced to the overall championship round. That includes 123 different players who have at least one team in the race for the $150,000 top prize. Chad Schroeder (Cocktails & Dreams) and Robert Dinges (Dingos Dream Team) lead the way with nine playoff teams. Oliver Dawoud (Miss New Booty) and Frankie Taddeo (Respected Money) both have eight qualifying squads. Curtis Hirsch and Mike Santos both have three teams on the Week 15 FFWC XI Top 30 Leaderboard. The overall FFWC XI Championship race runs from Week 15 through 17 and teams enter playoffs with their 14-week average points. That makes for a competitive playoff run as just 34.38 points separate the current leader and the 204th-place qualifying team. Circa Las Vegas Fantasy Championship Individual league playoff spots, plus overall championship round positioning, is also set in our inaugural Circa Las Vegas Fantasy Championship tournament. From the 88 Circa LVFC leagues, 354 teams have qualified for the playoffs. In addition to battling for league prizes, those teams will also compete for the $50,000 first-place prize in the overall championship round. The battle is very close at the top, as Mike Schlissberg (Mr Yellow Stickers 1) enters the LVFC Championship playoff run with a minuscule 0.18-point lead over Ray Cowart (The Great Gatsby 18). It’s a wide-open race, as just 14.22 points separate the top 30 teams. The final qualifying squad, Tony Colavita (The Godfather 11), sits just 39.17 points behind our current overall leader. Of our 354 qualifying teams, there are 177 players with a share of least one team in the postseason. Mike Schlissberg (23), Mark Deming (17), William Meyer (15), and Jack Kohlscheen (9), lead the way with the most Circa LVFC playoff qualifying teams. Enjoying a dream season, Mike Schlissberg is the only Circa LFVC player with multiple teams (four) on the Week 15 Top 30 leaderboard. Competitive all season, our Circa LVFC RED vs BLUE 2 league is the only league with two teams in the Top 30. Heading into the playoffs, Team Meyer & Henry 1 (7th) and Ruthless 9 (8th) are separated by just 0.39 points. Dynasty Fantasy World Championship Tournament Dynasty Football World Championship league and overall championship races will also run from Week 15 to 17. Those battles will take place across our 77 DFWC leagues and 310 teams qualified for the postseason. Including teams with a listed co-owner, 174 different players advanced to the DFWC postseason. Chris Jansen leads the way with 13 playoff teams. Ben Foster, Bruce Lamb, Jon Mares, Ray Flack, Rob Fantauzzo, and Jason Conn, all have eight qualifying teams. Following his recent ten-week run in first place overall, Ben Foster (Classic Wizard) begins the playoffs with a 4.54-point lead over Brian Willey (Ehuds Sword). Jon Mares (TURD V) is 10.17 points back in third and Rob Fantauzzo is 10.66 points off the pace in fourth place. Biplab Mandal (House of Cards) rounds out the top five and sits 13.64 points out of first overall. On the Top 30 Leaderboard, Rob Fantauzzo leads the way with four teams. Kyle Knapp has three teams, followed by Adam Godlewski, Craig Jansen, and Larry Ordet, who all have two teams. DFWC 1, DFWC 11, DFWC 22, DFWC 47, plus DFWC 60, all have two teams in the Top 30 overall race. Just 19.83 points separate the Top 30 DFWC teams. Curt Weier (Team Weier) holds the final playoff position (310th) and he sits 54.22 points out of first place—strap in, as it’s going to be a wild ride over the next three weeks. FullTime Fantasy SuperFlex Bowl Tournament In our second-annual SuperFlex Bowl tournament, the top two scoring teams in each of the 46 leagues have advanced to the championship round. Each team begins the playoff race (Weeks 15 to 17) with their average points scored during the 14-week regular season. Of the 92 playoff teams, there are 50 different players with at least one team in the hunt for the $5,000 first-place prize. Terry Reams leads the way with eight playoff teams. Brian Nutt has six qualifying teams, while Ken Brzozowski and Ray Snyder are right behind with five qualifying teams. With his 177.91-point 14-week average as a starting score, Ryan Kania (Project Bluebeam) enters the SFB Championship race with a tiny 0.98-point lead over Ken Brzozowski (Bronko

After our first cold streak of the season, we bounced back with a 5-2 record in Week 13. The money is flowing in and we are now 39-30 (+9.15 Units) on the 2023 season. Sports betting is all about riding the hot streaks and surviving the cold spells. Now that we’ve had another profitable week, let’s see if we can continue to ride the way and make some more cash in Week 14.
As always, I will be listing my seven favorite player props of the week as we gear up for Week 14’s slate of NFL matchups. Unlike last week when every single one of the 32 teams was in action, two teams will get some rest on their bye weeks: the Washington Commanders and the Arizona Cardinals. That said, we still have 15 competitive matchups this week with only three games that have a spread of more than a touchdown.
Fantasy football players have an edge when it comes to prop betting because we are so in tune with individual player performances. As always, remember to odds shop at your different sportsbooks to find the best values for the prop bets listed below. Now, let’s get down to business and find the best Week 13 NFL prop bets and continue our profitable NFL season.
Patrick Mahomes UNDER 32.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
Mahomes has not seen his rushing yard prop line this high all season. In fact, he didn’t see a line this high last season either. Last week the line was 20.5 and the highest it’s been over the last two years was 27.5. So why is the line so high this week against a tough Buffalo Bills defense? Perhaps it is because Mahomes is having the best rushing campaign of his career (27.6 yards per game) and has even eclipsed this inflated line in three of 12 games. But it’s not like the Bills are especially vulnerable to quarterback rushing yards. Buffalo is allowing 19.3 rushing yards per game to opposing quarterbacks and they’ve only allowed one opposing quarterback to eclipse this line in 12 games this season.
That said, the one time the Bills allowed a quarterback to eclipse this line was last week when Jalen Hurts turned 14 carries into 65 rushing yards. But that stay is even misleading considering 27 of those yards came in overtime.
Mahomes will obviously do Mahomesesque things in this battle between two AFC powerhouses but I expect the Chiefs to lean on the passing game, particularly with Isaiah Pacheco sidelined, Clyde Edwards-Helaire should get the start and just because Pacheco is out doesn’t mean Andy Reid is going to call designed quarterback runs this close to the end of the season when an injury to Mahomes would derail the Chiefs’ entire Super Bowl hopes.
The one scary thing about this prop is that in five starts against the Bills over his career (two in the postseason), Mahomes has tallied 192 rushing yards on 34 carries. However, I believe those stats are inflated because Mahomes is going to be more inclined to rush in playoff games when the Chiefs have nothing to lose. In a regular season game this far out from the postseason, I anticipate Andy Reid wanting to protect his All-Pro quarterback as much as possible.
The line is quite high due to Mahomes’ success against Buffalo but the Bills will keep him in check on the ground. Patrick Mahomes is not Jalen Hurts so don’t expect another 60+ yards from this quarterback on the ground. Patrick has proven that he is much more comfortable moving the chains with his arm rather than his legs. Take the UNDER.

Fantasy Football Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Week 14
Fantasy Football Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Week 14 This is what all that hard work we put in during the summer was for. Making it to Week 14 with a playoff berth on the line. In the regular-season finale, our Fantasy Football Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Week 14 will help you secure one final victory before next week’s postseason journey begins. Additionally, FullTime Fantasy has some of the top tools of the trade and accurate rankings. Quarterbacks Start ‘Em Jordan Love (Green Bay Packers) at New York Giants Love is hitting his stride at the opportune moment. He is boasting a noteworthy 90.3 PFF grade in the last five weeks. That ranks fifth among players in his position during this period. Over the past four weeks, Love consistently secured a spot in the top 12 fantasy quarterbacks. That includes two top-seven finishes in the last two weeks. Love’s performance against man defenses has been particularly impressive this season. This includes a significantly higher big-time throw rate (7.0% vs. 3.8%) and a lower turnover-worthy play rate (1.8% vs. 2.5%). Given the Giants’ tendency to play man coverage, the Packers, who are clear favorites, provide a favorable setting for Love to make impactful plays early in the game. The only concern arises if they amass a substantial lead and resort to a more run-heavy strategy in the second half. Josh Dobbs (Minnesota Vikings) at Las Vegas Although trusting Dobbs may require some courage-especially after his challenging Week 12 performance against the Bears with four interceptions and a mere 6.5 Fantasy points- considering him as a low-end starting Fantasy quarterback for Week 14 against the Raiders is reasonable. Dobbs’ recent struggles need to be viewed in light of his previous four outings, where he scored at least 26.9 fantasy points in three of them. Additionally, with the return of Justin Jefferson, the Vikings’ offensive dynamics could shift positively. The Raiders have been relatively tough on opposing quarterbacks this season. However, both Tua Tagovailoa and Patrick Mahomes managed to score at least 21.6 Fantasy points in their recent encounters. Dobbs, with his potential to utilize his legs and connect with Jefferson, aims for a better showing in this matchup. Sit ‘Em Justin Herbert (Los Angeles Chargers) vs. Denver While not a must-sit, Herbert’s recent performances highlight a boom-or-bust trend. Herbert has fewer than 14 fantasy points in two straight and four of his last seven games. Also, the Chargers’ offense lacks a downfield element, limiting Herbert’s fantasy upside. Additionally, facing a tough Broncos defense that has held top quarterbacks in check, including Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen, suggests exploring other QB options if available. Running Backs Start ‘Em James Cook (Buffalo Bills) at Kansas City Cook has seen less than 50% of the Bills’ offensive snaps in the last three weeks. But his efficiency when on the field is evident. Despite limited playing time, he secured a top-20 fantasy running back finish in each of those games. In that span, he’s averaging 14-plus touches per game and over 100 yards of offense. Although his touchdown count is modest this season, the Bills have a favorable running back matchup against the Chiefs, who have allowed the fifth-highest yards per carry at 4.6. Despite being the underdogs, the Bills’ recent close games have not hindered them from feeding Cook the football. Expect Cook to maintain his season-long trend of significant touches, high yards per touch, and a probable absence from the end zone, leading to a top-24 running back performance. A.J. Dillon (Green Bay Packers) at New York Giants Similar to Cook, Dillon has been a consistent force for the Packers in the last three weeks, securing a top-20 fantasy running back finish each time. With 14-plus touches per game and over 100 yards of offense in those contests, Dillon has maintained fantasy success despite a modest three touchdowns this season. This week, Green Bay faces the Giants, providing a favorable matchup for running backs, and Dillon is expected to continue receiving a significant workload. Despite the close nature of recent games, the Packers remain committed to feeding Dillon the football. Anticipate Dillon replicating his season-long performance with a considerable number of touches and another quality fantasy outing. Sit ‘Em Devin Singletary (Houston Texans) at New York Jets Singletary’s role has diminished, with only 80% of offensive snaps two weeks ago. And he faces competition for touches with the return of Dameon Pierce and Dare Ogunbowale. The Texans’ matchup ranks as the sixth-worst for running backs according to the strength of schedule tool, making Singletary a risky play for Week 14. D’Andre Swift (Philadelphia Eagles) at Dallas Swift’s recent performances, coupled with potential health concerns, make him a flex option at best against the Cowboys. Struggling to reach double-digit PPR points in three of his past four games, Swift faces a tough Cowboys defense that ranks third in fewest fantasy points allowed to running backs. Wide Receivers Start ‘Em Courtland Sutton (Denver Broncos) at Los Angeles Chargers Sutton stands as the primary receiving option for the Broncos, showcasing consistent production and a commendable receiving grade. With a touchdown in nine out of 12 games and over 50 receiving yards in the last four games, Sutton ranks 18th in fantasy points over the past four weeks and 21st over the season. Facing a Chargers defense that has surrendered the third-most fantasy points to wide receivers, Sutton, despite the underdog status of the Broncos, is poised for ample targets and a reasonable chance of scoring a touchdown. Jayden Reed (Green Bay Packers) at New York Giants If you can’t tell I love Green Bay this week. Similar to Sutton’s role with the Broncos, Reed assumes the position of the top receiving option for the Packers. With a touchdown in nine out of 12 games and over 50 receiving yards in the last four games, Reed ranks 18th in fantasy points over the past four weeks and 21st over the season. Top Tier Options
Justin Jefferson, MIN (DK – $8,500/FD – $9,000)
After an eight-week vacation with a hamstring issue, Jefferson returns to the starting lineup in Week 14. His season started with four productive games (9/150, 11/159, 7/149/1, and 6/85/2). He averaged 11.75 targets, leading to 28.33 fantasy points per game in DraftKings scoring. Over this stretch, the Vikings attempted 157 passes.
Las Vegas ranks 14th in wide receiver defense (141/1,724/10 on 215 targets), with one disaster game (MIA – 19/263/1). Their pass defense showed regression over the last three games (NYJ – 263/0, MIA – 325/2, and KC – 298/2). Three wideouts (Amon-Ra St. Brown – 6/108, Tyreek Hill – 10/146/1, and Rashee Rice – 8/107/1) gained more than 100 yards receiving. Their best cornerback (Nate Hobbs) works primarily out of the slot, suggesting a favorable matchup for Jefferson.
The key to the Vikings’ top wideout is his chemistry with Joshua Dobbs and Minnesota upping their passing attempts. Jefferson has beast upside, and a running quarterback could help his ability to break free for a long scoring play.

Week 14 DFS: Tight End Report featuring Travis Kelce
Week 14 DFS: Tight End Report Last year, there were three star tight ends led by the impact game by Sam LaPorta (9/140/1). Evan Engram (9/82/1) found the endzone for the first time in 2023, while Trey McBride (8/89/1) continued his impressive ride over the past six weeks. Only three other players scored more than 15.00 fantasy points. Here are the top five tight ends by scoring average after 13 weeks: T.J. Hockenson (15.63) Travis Kelce (15.36) Sam LaPorta (14.33) George Kittle (12.81) Evan Engram (11.55) Here are the top plays this week via the Week 14 DFS: Tight End Report. Top Tier Option Travis Kelce, KC (DK – $7,800/FD – $8,000) Since his impact game (12/179/1) in Week 7, Kelce has been a losing investment in the daily games. He scored between 11.80 and 16.40 fantasy points in four of his last five starts. That included an empty showing in Week 9 (3/14) vs. the Dolphins. The Chiefs have only looked his way 25 times over his previous four games, compared to 9.7 targets per game from Week 2 and Week 8. Last year, Kelce had eight catches for 112 yards vs. the Bills. Buffalo allowed fewer than 11.00 fantasy points to tight ends in PPR formats over 10 of their 12 contests, ranking them 10th in tight end defense (54/497/3). The Patriots (6/83/1) and Bengals (10/101/2) had surprising production from their tight ends against the Bills. The only top 10 TE faced this year was Evan Engram (5/44 on 10 targets). Patrick Mahomes must get Kelce more involved if they want to make a deep playoff run in 2023. Kelce needs to score more than 30.00 fantasy points to be in play based on his salary at DraftKings. He is batting 1-for-11 this year in this area and 3-for-20 in 2022. When at his best, Kelce can score multiple touchdowns with a high floor in catches and receiving yards. Mid-Tier Options T.J. Hockenson, MIN (DK – $6,000/FD – $7,400) Over the past four games with Joshua Dobbs behind center, Hockenson has 27 catches for 308 yards and two touchdowns on 40 targets. That was highlighted by his impact game (11/134/1) in Week 10. He has a floor of seven catches in half of his 12 starts while scoring more than 20.00 fantasy points in two other contests (7/66/2 and 6/88/1). Hockenson has at least eight targets in three-fourths of his games. The Raiders are 13th in the league vs. tight ends (64/602/3 on 78 targets), with their weakness in coverage coming in three games (BUF – 8/53/1, DET – 9/62/1, and KC – 9/121). Tight ends scored at least 10.00 fantasy points in eight of 12 matchups. The return of Justin Jefferson helps the Vikings’ passing game and spacing for Hockenson. But it also adds more competition for targets. Minnesota averaged 33.8 passes over the last five games, compared to 40 over their first seven contests with Kirk Cousins starting. Hockenson works close to the line of scrimmage (9.8 yards per catch), requiring an 8/90/1 game to be in play. He appears to be overpriced in Week 14 despite offering a high floor (15.88 FPPG in DraftKings scoring). George Kittle, SF (DK – $5,900/FD – $6,600) The 49ers threw the ball exceptionally well over their last five games (1,517/12) due to gaining 20 yards or more on 30 of their 102 completions. On the downside, San Fran has the best running back in the game while ranking last in the league in pass attempts per game (28.0). Their passing game creates only 19.6 completions per week. Kittle has been quiet in his last two starts (3/19 and 4/68) after posting more than 20.00 fantasy points in his previous three games (23.90, 20.60, and 22.90). His only other playable outcome came in Week 5 (3/67/3). The 49ers gave him more than six targets in only four matchups. The Seahawks held him to 4.90 fantasy points in Week 12. Seattle is about league average in tight end defense (63/659/2 on 84 targets), with three teams (CLE – 5/83/1, BAL – 13/122, and DAL – 7/89/1) having success. The Seahawks’ defense allowed nine touchdowns and three field goals over their last 23 possessions against the 49ers and Cowboys. Each week, one of San Francisco’s top three receiver options outside of Christian McCaffrey has a chance to come in. Kittle doesn’t have a great opportunity (5.6 targets per game) compared to the top tight ends in the game, but he has scoring ability (16 over his last 27 starts) while averaging 14.7 yards per catch. He plays in the right offense, but only a coin flip to shine if the 49ers play from the lead. Low-Value Options Cole Kmet, CHI (DK – $4,300/FD – $5,600) When comparing Kmet to George Kittle, he has six more catches and the same number of touchdowns (5). Unfortunately, he only has 482 receiving yards (253 fewer – a difference of 2.10 fantasy points per game) due to gaining only 8.6 yards per catch. His opportunity (68 targets – 67 by Kittle) is almost identical, but he has a much lower salary. Kmet has two impact games (7/85/2 and 6/55/2) and two other playable outcomes (15.20 and 17.90 fantasy points) for his price point. In Week 11, the Lions held him to three catches for 20 yards on four targets while Chicago played from the lead. He played well in his home start (4/74/2) vs. Detroit in 2022. The Lions slipped to 24th defending tight ends (58/579/6 on 85 targets) after getting beat by Tayson Hill (13/59/1 rushing with two catches for 15 yards) and New Orleans (5/49/1) in Week 13. From Week 7 to Week 12, tight ends only had 16 catches for 177 yards and three touchdowns on 28 targets. The Seahawks (9/132) and Falcons (11/88) had the most success in catches and receiving yards. Elite Tier Option
Christian McCaffrey, SF (DK – $9,200/FD – $10,500)
McCaffrey is the most consistent running back in the NFL. He holds close to a seven-point weekly average edge in PPR formats. His floor has been 20.00 fantasy points in 10 of his 12 starts while riding a six-game streak. His best two showings came in Week 4 (48.70) and Week 12 (30.90) vs. division opponents (ARI and SEA). The 49ers give him 21.75 touches a game. And McCaffrey has a score in every contest except Week 10. Two weeks ago, he gained 139 yards with two touchdowns and five catches against the Seahawks.
Seattle slipped to 28th in running back defense after three disaster games (42.00, 45.50, and 35.80 fantasy points) over the past five weeks. Running backs have 15 touchdowns vs. the Seahawks. They struggled in one game defending running backs in the passing game (WAS – 12/164/2). Baltimore (41/298/3) ran over them on the ground in Week 9.
I have McCaffrey projected as a difference-maker in Week 14, giving him a chance at four times his salary at DraftKings. The 49ers are red hot offensively, starting with elite quarterback play. The challenge is finding a winning roster behind him in the DFS market.

Brock Purdy (32.60 – 2nd) had his second elite game over the past three weeks despite not attempting more than 27 passes in each matchup. Dak Prescott (31.25 – 3rd) posted his fifth impact showing over the last six weeks. Eight other quarterbacks scored between 20.00 and 28.00 fantasy points. Here are the top five quarterbacks by scoring average after 13 weeks:

Top Tier Options
Josh Allen, BUF (DK – $8,300/FD – $9,000)
Over his last seven starts, Allen gained fewer than 7.0 yards per pass attempt in five matchups (5.6, 6.5, 6.8, 6.8, and 6.6). He threw an interception in eight consecutive games. Allen tried to carry the Bills on his back in his start vs. the Eagles (420 combined yards with four touchdowns), but it wasn’t enough to win the game. All three (39.70, 32.35, and 33.30) of his other games with more than 30.00 fantasy points came at home. He has nine rushing scores over his last 10 starts.
Kansas City slipped to ninth in quarterback defense (17.55 FPPG), with only Jordan Love (26.35) scoring more than 25.00 fantasy points. They allow 6.9 yards per pass attempt, with quarterbacks tossing 18 touchdowns. The Chiefs have yet to give up more than three touchdowns in any matchup in 2023.
Allen is the highest-scoring quarterback (27.91) with a reasonable chance at scoring 3 times his salary at DraftKings in most weeks. His ceiling requires the Chiefs to play at a higher level offensively as well. I view him as more of a gamble than a target in Week 14.
Patrick Mahomes, KC (DK – $7,900/FD – $8,400)
Over the last five games, Patrick Mahomes averaged 222 passing yards with only seven touchdowns and some help in the run game (24/117). The Chiefs’ lack of star power at wide receiver remains an issue. His only game (453/4) supporting his current salary came in Week 7 at home against the Chargers. Mahomes has 14 touchdowns in six games in Kansas City compared to eight on the road over the same number of snaps. In 2022, he gained 359 yards and two touchdowns vs. the Bills.

Remember when Thursday was ‘Must See TV’? That no longer applies. After being blessed with a terrific game last week that featured no punts, football fans will be hard-pressed to be excited about the Thursday Night Football Preview: Week 14.
After watching a game with no punts, Week 14 features two of the five lowest-scoring teams in football. New England is coming off a 6-0 shutout. The Patriots have scored one touchdown total in their last three games. Additionally, being shutout by the Chargers’ 28th-ranked defense does not bode well for a trip to Pittsburgh to face a Steelers defense that has surrendered the sixth-fewest points.
Meanwhile, only four other teams have mustered fewer points on offense than Pittsburgh. Additionally, the Steelers are now trotting out their No. 2 quarterback on short rest.
The Steelers opened as slight favorites and a futile total of 35 points plummeted down to a meager 30.
Hardly a must-see event- this AFC duel is strictly for diehards and fantasy fanatics.

These two teams put the offense in ‘offensive’.
New England has struggled in all facets of assembling a credible offense. They have scored the fewest points in football. Also, New England has a pathetic 10-to-14 TD-to-INT ratio. Finally, they rank 31st in average starting position, percentage of drives resulting in points, and dead-last in field goal percentage.
Things have been marginally better in Pittsburgh, especially since dismissing Matt Canada. The Steelers are a respectable 14th with 1,384 rushing yards and lead the NFL with only 10 turnovers. Mike Tomlin has done another fantastic job guiding a very marginal offensive unit to a 7-5 record.

Now, let’s break down all the latest fantasy-relevant injury news in this week’s Fantasy Football Injury Report for Week 13. We will continually update this list. Week 14 Byes: Arizona, Washington Trevor Lawrence (QB) Jacksonville Jaguars – Monday Night Football resulted in a pair of costly injuries. The biggest occurred in the fourth quarter when Lawrence had his ankle twisted underneath him. There was a noticeable gasp from the crowd as Larence immediately tossed his helmet out of frustration. Fortunately, T-Law avoided ligament damage and was diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain. However. That could cause him to miss 1-2 games. Lawrence managers can add C.J. Beathard on the waiver wire as a temporary replacement. Christian Kirk (WR) Jacksonville Jaguars – Also, the Jags lost their star wideout to a core muscle injury that will require surgery. That means Kirk is unlikely to play again during the fantasy season. #Jaguars WR Christian Kirk suffered a core muscle injury on his catch last night and is expected to need surgery. Rehab for a core muscle issue is generally about eight weeks. If Kirk is ready at eight weeks, he could play in the Super Bowl if Jax makes it. A little earlier… — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 5, 2023 Tank Dell (WR) Houston Texans – A sad ending for one of the great stories of 2023. Dell was inexplicably blocking in a crowd and was rolled up on. He was rolled up on from behind, resulting in a fractured fibula. The surgery took place on Monday, ending Dell’s terrific and improbably rookie campaign. Rhamondre Stevenson (RB) New England Patriots – Another high-ankle sprain will likely cost Stevenson the remainder of the season. Even if Stevenson were to beat the usual 3-4 week recovery window for such an injury, there is little reason for the 2-10 Patriots to put him back on the field. Ezekiel Elliott becomes the top Week 14 waiver wire target as New England’s new feature back. Derrick Henry (RB) Tennessee Titans – Despite reports that Henry was in concussion protocol, Mike Vrabel indicated that Henry was not and is on track to play in Week 14. Darren Waller (TE) New York Giants – Even though he is now eligible to return from IR, don’t expect to see Darren Waller back this week to face the Packers. Daboll said RT Evan Neal (ankle) and DL Dexter Lawrence (hamstring) won’t practice today. Daboll said there’s hope that Lawrence will be back this week. Daboll said TE Darren Waller, who is eligible to be activated from IR is making progress, but leaning toward not being ready… — Dan Duggan (@DDuggan21) December 5, 2023 Christian Watson (WR) Green Bay Packers – We all knew what this was as soon as it happened. Yet another hamstring injury is likely to sideline Watson for at least one week. This is Watson’s fifth hamstring injury in less than three years. Obviously, a huge concern for both the remainder of 2023 and Watson’s long-term value in dynasty formats. Brian Robinson (RB) Washington Commanders – Another hamstring injury forced Robinson from Washington’s Week 13 loss. Fortunately, Washington has Week 14 off. That gives Robinson an extra week to recover. We will update his status in the FullTime Fantasy Discord as Week 15 approaches. Kenny Pickett (QB) Pittsburgh Steelers – Pickett injured his ankle on a goal-line run and has already had surgery. However, the team seems optimistic that he will return in 2-3 weeks. Until he does, it’s Mitchell Trubisky time in Pittsburgh. Derek Carr (QB) New Orleans Saints – Carr is dealing with a shoulder injury. However, it is not expected to be a long-term ailment. Also, Carr is in the NFL’s concussion protocol for the second time in a month. That is a bigger concern at the moment. We will keep an eye on his status throughout the week. But, Carr managers can add Jameis Winston as insurance. Amari Cooper (WR) Cleveland Browns – Cooper was forced from Cleveland’s Week 13 loss with a concussion. He will not be able to return to action until he clears the protocol. The normal recovery time for a head injury is 1-2 weeks. D’Andre Swift (RB) Philadelphia Eagles – Swift took a big hit late in Philadelphia’s loss. He headed to the locker room immediately and did not return. If Swift misses time, Kenneth Gainwell would step in as the starter. Demario Douglas (WR) New England Patriots – Douglas missed last week with a concussion and has still not practiced.
