Robinson transferred from Nebraska to come back home to Kentucky in 2021 and became one of the most explosive and versatile offensive weapons in the nation. Pickens burst onto the scene as a freshman with 727 yards and eight touchdowns, earning him SEC All-Freshman Team honors. Unfortunately, due to circumstances we didn’t get to see his full development and don’t have a large sample size for the remainder of his career. This is due to a Covid shortened season in 2020 and a Spring ACL tear in 2021. However, when he played in 2020 he was excellent. In just eight games he caught 36 passes for 513 yards and a team-high eight TDs. Last year due to that ACL injury he only appeared in four games catching five passes for 107 yards. A lot of what we expect from Pickens on the next level is based on skillset and projections more so than production.
