WEATHER No weather issues today. PITCHING Chan Gyu Lim (LG Twins) Lim is able to draw the Eagles who have actually shown a little sign of life lately but LG at home to me is a solid play to make him the safest arm on a shitty pitching slate. Seung Ho Lee (Kiwoom Heroes) No chance I am paying for Brooks or Wright in tough spots today when they can maybe get 12 points tops. So Seung Ho Lee has a favorable strikeout spot despite himself not generating a ton on the season. TOP STACKS Kiwoom Heroes This will be a popular stack but for good reason as they get a bullpen game against SK. The top of the order is always my preference whenever we have a bullpen game because any upside is that the early SP is really bad and we just get to roll things over early and often. If Jung Hoo Lee is batting third, he’s a must. Jung Hoo Lee Ha Seong Kim ByungHo Park Samsung Lions No pitcher on this slate has given up more HR/9 over the last few seasons than Jun Won Seo. We have make up games on Monday as all five games were PPD on Sunday, but pitching changes from the Sunday slate. Unfortunately we have lots of rain problems for Monday as well with Doosan and Lotte likely the worst of the games. PITCHING Seung Won Moon I would expect him to be very chalky today against Hanwha. Moon is only 2-5 on the season despite having a very respectable ERA and his HR issues (1.27/9) should be negated against the powerless Eagles. David Buchanan Liked him yesterday and will ride him today however with Despaigne on the other side his win chances do take a hit This is the contrarian pitching spot to look at today as this is a park that has benefited hitters this season and the KT Wiz certainly have been on fire. Odrisamer Despaigne Pair w/ Buchanan in a SP gamestack. STACKS NC and Doosan are in the best spots today but the rain there is a concern if you are rankings things. Honestly, I’d take a shot there given that we could see teams try to play through the games to get them in, but any alternate spots that you might want will include: Kia Tigers … Preston Tucker, Hyung Woo Choi, Ji Wan Na Kiwoom Heroes … Jung Hoo Lee, Ha Seong Kim, ByungHo Park Why Kia and Kiwoom? Well, it’s not just that the weather there as of now is the most playable — but Ki Young Im has really been off his last two outings which makes the Kiwoom play a good time to jump on them as the three guys I mentioned have hit RHP well this season.
