13 game slate- Weather looks good Listed below are my favorite pitchers for tonight with 4 teams and some value bats. PITCHERS Madison Bumgarner Last time Bum played the Rockies in SF he struck out 11 batters over 6 innings. The Rockies have not done as well vs LHPs on the road. Jack Flaherty Has been one of the best pitchers 2nd half of the year. Price is down and all go tonight. VALUE ARM Jeff Hoffman Cheap arm with a 34% K rate vs LHHs on the road and under 1 HR/9. K rate is up to 28% in the road. The Giants usually roll out 5 lefties. Hoffman does give up some power to RHHs outside of Coors, but this park should hold the ball a bit. I can see Hoffman going 5 innings with 6 Ks and 2 ERs. TEAM/S STL Cardinals Cardinals face Leake the master of dongs tonight in Arizona. Cardinals hit a few bombs last night and should go off again tonight. **Edman, Goldschmidt, Ozuna, Molina,DeJong Houston Astros Astros face some guy named Dunn and Tommy Milone….Yeah Buddy. The should blast him tonight in Seattle. **Springer, Altuve, Bregman, Correa, Guriell Value at bottom-Maldonado Oakland As As face Peters in Anaheim(park good for bombs and As can go yard with the best of them. *Semien, Chapman, Olsen(Peters allows power to both sides), Canha *Value- Pinder(in play Run(s) tonight, K. Davis Boston Red Sox Sox go to Texas with some warm weather and face 2 Turribull pitchers. *JBJ my favorite, Moreland, Betts, Vasquez VALUE BATS Adam Duvall & Austin Riley- batting 5/6 vs a lefty. Hunter Renfroe- price drop and Rich Hill stinks. Ian Happ/Jason Heyward Roberto Perez Ryan O’Hearn Chris Taylor

14 game slate PITCHERS Sonny Gray Gray has pitched well this year and both times vs the Cubs. Tonight the Cubs don’t have Rizzo in the lineup. The wind is blowing in tonight which will help along with Gray’s high K rate and ability to keep the ball on the ground. With a few other higher priced arms I don’t see many going with Gray tonight. I can see him going 6 innings 8-9 Ks and allowing a run. Alex Young Young has shown his upside against the Reds going 8 innings and striking out 12 hitters. He gets a solid matchup against the Marlins who have limited power and are worse vs LHPs. The current lineup has over a 50% GB rate and over a 30% K rate vs LHP. Young could have himself a nice game tonight going 6-7 innings with 8-9 Ks and maybe a run or two. *Verlander is an option if you wish to pay up tonight. VALUE ARMS Nathan Eovaldi Eovaldi has pitched better as of late and gets a decent matchup vs the Giants at home. His velocity is coming back along with the increase in strike out. The Giants current lineup has a 25% K rate and he should be able to get through most of the lineup. I do think Yaz goes deep tonight and possibly Belt, but should do ok otherwise. Marco Gonzalez Gonzalez has been pretty good for the most part and he gets a price decrease against a Pirates team with out 2 of their best players. Can see him going 5-6 innings striking out 4-5 and allowing a run or two. Martin Perez Cheap option against a team that does not hit as well vs LHP and strikes out at a high clip. TEAMS/S Coors Field Melville allows a lot of contacts and give up the long ball- Nimmo, McNeil, Conforto, Cano, Davis, Alonso all in play. On the other side Stroman has been decent this year, but Story, Arenado and Blackmon are in play vs him and Hillard a nice value play. * Can use the value arms along with Coors bats Toronto BlueJays The Blue Jays face a Shepard who has pitched a few innings so far in the majors this year. He has good strike out stuff but has not failed well otherwise. The Jays young lineup head into Baltimore and should do well tonight. *Bichette, Biggio, Guerrero, Grichuck, McKinney(value). *Also consider the Braves vs Valasquez Andrew Benintendi/Xander Bogarts Webb has allowed 11 runs over the last two games. Beni leading and X is going to give it to Webb. Mike Yastrzemski/Brandon Belt Yaz in the park where his grandpa played. I feel a dong coming oh maybe a double dong! Belt and Yaz both matchup well vs Eovaldi. Klye Seager/Kyle Lewis Seager continues to hit the ball well and Lewis has been crushing since being called up. VALUE BATS Sam Hillard Travis Shaw Nido Hillard Joyce
MLB DFS FASTBALLS AND FLYBALLS 9/14/2019 (MAIN)

11 game slate with no significant weather issues. PITCHERS Madison Bumgarner Bumgarner has been solid this year and good at home. Posting a 24% K rate on the year. Tonight he faces the Marlins who strike out at a 24% clip and one of the lower wOBA and ISO vs LHP on the slate. Bumgarner should have no problem going 6-7 innings and striking out 7 batters. Jack Flaherty Since the beginning of July Flaherty has pitched at an elite level. He only allowed 3 or more runs once in that timeframe and has increased his K rate as well. The Brewers are with out Yelich and are worse on the road. Flaherty should have no problem getting through the Brewers tonight at home. VALUE ARMs Felix Hernandez Hernandez is a cheap option and facing a mediocre team at best with a 26% K rate vs RHP. He has actually pitched much better at home this year with a 3.1 ERA to over 9 on the road. Potential for 5 innings 5-6Ks and a few runs vs the White Sox. Merrill Kelly Kelly has been solid at home this year with a 3.50 ERA, 1 HR/9 and a 24% K rate. The Reds have not hit well vs RHP pitching over the last 30 days with a .233 average and 24% K rate. TEAM/S Coors Field Warm weather and two scrub arms going. *Padres- Machado, Myers, Naylor, Hedges Rockies- Arenado, Story, Blackmon LvL, Valaika is too cheap vs a lefty & Desmond. Hampson cheap option as well. Cleveland Indians vs Stewart & Thorpe Stewart struggles vs lefties, but may only pitch an inning or two. *Lindor, Bauers, Santana, Perez, Reyes. Houston Astros vs Montgomery Warm weather with wind blowing out and Montgomery is not that good. Astros hit well vs LHP. *Altuve crushes lefties, Springer, Bregman & Gurriel. Value- bottom of the order(Tucker, Toro, (over 4K on DK). C Maldonado or Chirinos Hedges Realmuto 1B Choi Olson Hoskins 2B Jose Altuve- smoking lefties with a .300+ ISO. Escobar Odor 3B Arenado Machado Chapman Bregman SS Story X Bogaerts- X gonna give it to Nola. Lindor OF Myers Harper Blackmon Reyes Meadows Speinger Calhoun/Choo VALUE BATS Khris Davis OF Bauers 1B/OF Bradley Jr. OF Roberto Perez C Valaika 2B/SS Hampson 2B Nate Lowe 1B
