Week 6 TE Start/Sit

Week 6 is here, and by now fantasy rosters are starting to take shape — for better or worse. With injuries, bye weeks, and surprising breakouts shaking things up, every lineup decision counts.

STARTS

Mark Andrews
Mark Andrews draws a soft matchup against the Rams, who continue to struggle against tight ends after finishing dead last versus the position in 2023. They’ve surrendered touchdowns to a TE in three straight games. Andrews leads Baltimore in red-zone looks and should capitalize here.

Mason Taylor
Mason Taylor is quietly emerging as a safety valve for Justin Fields, commanding 19 targets over the past two weeks. If Patrick Surtain locks down Garrett Wilson, Taylor’s volume should remain strong enough to make him a viable streaming play at tight end.

SITS

Juwan Johnson
Juwan Johnson’s production has dipped sharply, with targets trending down as Taysom Hill and Alvin Kamara eat into his opportunities. Facing a disciplined Patriots defense, Johnson’s floor is too low to justify starting.

Kyle Pitts
Kyle Pitts has clawed back into relevance but draws the Bills, who have allowed the second-fewest fantasy points and third-fewest yards to tight ends. With limited scoring chances, Pitts is better left on benches this week.
