Week 6 RB Start/Sit

Week 6 is here, and by now fantasy rosters are starting to take shape — for better or worse. With injuries, bye weeks, and surprising breakouts shaking things up, every lineup decision counts.

STARTS

Rhamondre Stevenson
Rhamondre Stevenson keeps finding ways to stay fantasy-relevant, whether as a receiver or goal-line hammer. He’s coming off a two-touchdown performance and remains heavily trusted in key situations. Facing a Saints defense that’s looked better on paper than on film, Stevenson is a solid RB2 with scoring upside.

J.K. Dobbins
J.K. Dobbins continues to dominate the Denver backfield with over 50% of snaps and all the short-yardage work. He leads the NFL in runs of 10+ yards and has scored in every game this season. The Jets have allowed the seventh-most rushing yards to running backs, and with game script in his favor, Dobbins should deliver another steady outing.

SITS

Derrick Henry
Derrick Henry remains healthy but hampered by game flow. With Baltimore’s defense forcing shootouts and the Rams projected for 30+ points, Baltimore will likely be in catch-up mode, limiting Henry’s touches. He’s a risky start in Week 6.

Jaylen Warren
Jaylen Warren faces a brutal Browns defense that ranks third in fewest fantasy points allowed to RBs. With Kenneth Gainwell also mixing in, the workload is too unpredictable. Both backs are best left on the bench.
