Playing in leagues like the Fantasy Football World Championships (FFWC) that require double-flex starting options, identifying players who could explode on a weekly basis can lead to a winning formula. Every week this season, I will be taking a look at players who not only offer immense value to those looking to invest in players outside of fantasy football, but also help fantasy managers lock in on players who may be flying under-the-radar on your bench or waiver wire.

Let’s take a deeper dive into the best plus-money options in Week 3 of the 2025 season in comparison to our elite-winning Fulltime Fantasy Projections.

Top Values By The Projections

WR Mike Evans +120
Fulltime Projection: 1.0 (75%)
With star rookie wideout Emeka Egbuka (3 TDs) dealing with hip and groin injuries, expect Baker Mayfield to lean heavily on his star wide receiver in Week 3 against a Jets defense allowing the third-most passing touchdowns (4) through two games. Having scored 105 touchdowns in 170 career games (61.7%), time to invest in the 12-year veteran to score his first touchdown of 2025.
Respected Money Note: Evans has scored 55 touchdowns in 83 games (66.3%) played at home.

WR Nico Collins +125
Fulltime Projection: 0.75 (75%)
After cashing for us in Week 2 against Tampa Bay, my Respected Money model projections say to “go back to the well” once again. With veteran wideout Christian Kirk expected to make his Texan’s debut, expect C.J. Stroud to find it easier to target his best receiving weapon against a Jaguars secondary fresh off allowing three scores to Bengals’ WRs in Week 2.
Respected Money Note: In the last three meetings against the Jaguars, Nico Collins has hauled in 27 receptions for 374 and two touchdowns – (8 / 119 / 0, 12 / 151 / 1 & 7 / 104 / 1).

WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba +130
Fulltime Projection: 1.0 (100%)
If you invested high draft capital on JSN it is paying major dividends through the first two weeks of the season. Smith-Njigba is the clear focal point of the Seahawks’ aerial attack with insane metrics: target share (44.2%) and air yards share (57.5%). JSN has yet to hit pay dirt, but the data strongly indicates it could be coming in Week 3 against a Saints defense that has allowed opposing WR1’s to score in consecutive weeks (M. Harrison, WK1; J. Jennings, WK2).
Respected Money Note: 5 of 6 touchdowns (62.5%) in his rookie season in 2024 came in the friendly confines of Lumen Field.

Top Moonshots That Could Lead To Glory

WR Rome Odunze +155
Fulltime Projection: 1.0 (75%)
If you predicted that Odunze would be the overall WR4 in FFWC Main Event high stakes formats after two weeks, take a bow. After an impressive 94% snap percentage, the talented wideout followed that up with an eye-popping 100.0% snap rate in Week 2 against the Lions – while fellow wideout D.J. Moore only witnessed 88%.
Respected Money Note: With a 29.9% target share, it is imperative we invest in a player at healthy plus-odds who has scored in each game this season (3 total TDs) – in a matchup that owns the highest point total (50.5) on the Sunday slate!

TE Tucker Kraft +190
Fulltime Projection: 0.50 (50%)
Kraft is quietly the overall TE1 in fantasy football with an impressive production of 8 receptions for 140 yards and two touchdowns through the first two weeks of the season. With star WR Jayden Reed going down, the 91% snap percentage, combined with the 72% route rate, and 22.4% target share results in a player who offers value at close to 2-1 odds.
Respected Money Note: Kraft has scored 5 of his 9 career touchdowns on the road, and will now face a Browns defense that has surrendered 5 passing touchdowns through the first two weeks of 2025.

TE Zach Ertz +240
Fulltime Projection: 0.5 (50%)
Ertz is off to a sensational start to the season, sitting as the overall TE3 in FFWC high-stakes leagues, averaging 15 PPR points per game. As we know, QB Jayden Daniels is questionable due to an ankle injury, but a deeper dive says fantasy managers should not be worried about that resulting in any decline in the veteran tight end’s production. Ertz scored in both games with backup Marcus Mariota under center for the Commanders (5/44/1; 4/40/1) in 2024.
Respected Money Note: In two seasons with Washington, Ertz has scored 6 of his 9 touchdowns (67%) in front of the home faithful at Northwest Stadium.
