College Production
After being redshirted in 2018 and seeing limited snaps in 2019, Corral won the starting job heading into 2020. In a shortened 2020 season, he led the FBS in total offense and threw for 3,337 yards and 29 touchdowns in just 10 games. He added another 506 yards and four TDs with his legs. This was enough to make him a Manning Award Finalist.
In 2021, Corral stepped up to the point that he will likely be the first quarterback taken in the 2022 NFL Draft. He tossed for 3,349 yards, 20 TDs, and rushed for another 614 yards and 11 TDs. He made Second-Team All-SEC and finished seventh in the Heisman voting.

Fantasy Outlook
Fantasy managers will love his upside thanks to his ability to make plays with his legs. While there is no doubt he will tack on yards on the ground and run in some TDs, it remains to be seen how he will be as a passer on the next level. He has the traits to develop into a good NFL quarterback, however, he also has a lot of red flags that could lead him to be bust. The jury will be out on him in the league.
He will need to continue to develop in the NFL and will need to have a system catered to his skillset after playing in a heavy RPO-style offense at Ole Miss. The perfect landing spot for him would be in Indianapolis. His ability to run and make quick accurate throws out of the RPO could be deadly if paired with Jonathan Taylor. They would cause havoc for opposing defenses. The opportunity and potential fit would be ideal. New Orleans could be interesting too with a healthy Michael Thomas and Alvin Kamara.
On the Clock: Landing spot is extremely important to Corral’s fantasy value. If he lands in a spot where he has even an outside shot at winning the starting gig right away, Corral is worth a first-round pick in Supeflex leagues. Since those situations are few and far between, we’d rather target Malik Willis in single-QB and redraft formats.
