This has been the sneaky good series of the four games going today but it’s come with lots of spread out goals at times. We went from low to high to low to high so far in the scoring output on these four games and with Dallas having the last line change they likely can get their defensive mindset on the gameplan better than Calgary would as the Stars style is to play a slower lower scoring game. But none the less the pricing on a Seguin-Radulov-Benn stack is too good to pass up as all are under $6100, all will get top PP time and if Dallas is going to do anything I think it comes from them.
CAPS / ISLES GAME STACK
Caps: Kuzy & Ovi … or Oshie & Carlson
Isles: Nelson-Bailey-Lee-Pageau
The only shot Washington has to extend (or even win) this series is to try and outscore the Islanders. The Caps defense is depleted because their strength (center depth) has been off all series due to injuries (Backstrom) and just being off (Eller/Kuzy). Washington likely comes out and just tries to impose their will offensively against the Islanders who do not want to get into a shoot out but once the Caps start playing loose again they’ll gladly take it. Great game to get some cheap defenseman from.
