Three Sleepers

WR DJ Moore, Carolina Panthers

Sometimes all you need to do is go to the tape:

At only 5-foot-11 he’s speedy and tough and should grow as a route runner in his second season. Last year Moore hauled in 55 receptions, 788 yards, and two touchdowns after starting just 10 games. He received his first NFL start in Week 7.  The big stat the geeks are talking about; he forced 17 missed tackles, the third most in the NFL, which means Moore will rack up plenty of yards after the catch. If you watch the games you already knew that. Take him in the 4th round and don’t look back.

RB Royce Freeman, Denver Broncos

As a starter, Freeman averaged 4.5 yards per carry with 4 touchdowns before the dreaded high ankle sprain injury in Week 9. Freeman’s current ADP is late 8th round, which means you can lock down 2 RBs, 4 WRs and a TE before securing your RB3. That RB, should be Royce Freeman.

Yes, they have undrafted stud Phillip Lindsay who went to the Pro Bowl, but Lindsay is coming off a significant injury to his wrist. The ankle injury slowed Freeman last season but he has a clean bill of health for 2019 and should be the workhorse in this offense and outperform Lindsay behind an improved offensive line.

PLAY AGAINST THE BEST WITH FULLTIME FANTASY! | Odds

WR Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos

Easy answer was Chris Godwin who you can’t let slip past the 6th round, but I’ll dig deeper and give you 9th Round ADP Broncos’ WR Courtland Sutton. Facing the 12th easiest schedule according to the FFToolbox Strength of Schedule, Sutton is a big, reliable, fantastic target for the 9th round of your Fantasy draft. He produced 42 receptions for 700 yards and 4 touchdowns last year. That isn’t a fairy tale rookie season, but neither was the horrid QB play. At 6-4, Sutton saw only eight red zone looks and converted two for scores. Look for this to leap in 2019. There’s a lot of talk about DaeSean Hamilton out of the slot and it’s deserving, but if you want a home run hitter that Flacco will learn to depend on, it’s Sutton.
