Week 16 Visionary Plays
Quarterbacks
Deshaun Watson — Watson has been playing very well recently and the Eagles pass defense is running on fumes. The Eagles will do everything they can to limit the Texans running game which should give Watson about 35-40 passing attempts which should result in big Fantasy production.
Drew Brees — Everyone know that Brees is a MUST start at home. He’s comfortable there and always plays well. This is also the one of the highest scoring games of the week according to Las Vegas. Lock him into your lineups.
Nick Foles — The Texans biggest weakness this season has been their pass defense. Foles looked sharp on the road against the Rams and now he has another chance to step up once again and have a solid game.
Tom Brady — Brady’s been awful in December and he just lost Josh Gordon which should keep his ownership down in DFS. The Patriots always play well at home against the Bills. I think Brady surprises everyone and goes for 300+ passing yards and two TDs.
Ben Roethlisberger — The Saints run defense is one of the best in football so the only way the Steelers are going to be able to compete is through the air. I am a bit worried that Juju Smith-Schuster was limited in practice with a groin issue on Thursday, but I think Big Ben will find a way to keep the Steelers in the game especially after the Cam Jordan insult.
Patrick Mahomes — The Seattle defense plays a lot better at home, but the Chiefs need this game badly if they want to be the #1 seed in the AFC and Tyreek Hill has had 10 days to heal his heel. Kelvin Benjamin should be also more familiar with the offense. I am rolling with Mahomes one more time!

Running Backs
Christian McCaffrey — People are wondering whether to start CMC with Cam out, but I am all in on him. With a backup QB in place, Norv Turner will keep the offense as simple as possible and give CMC about 20-25 touches. Start him with no trepidation.
Saquon Barkley — The Titans held Saquon down last week, but I find it impossible to think that he will be held in check two games in a row. The Colts LBs are an aggressive bunch, but if they over pursue Barkley, he will make one cut and be off to the races for a TD.
Nick Chubb — Chubb against the Bengals? Yes, please!!! He could get 150 yards rushing.
Zeke Elliott — The Cowboys were stunned on the road in Indy, but they have the perfect matchup against Tampa to propel them into the playoffs. Look for Zeke to get at least 150 total yards from scrimmage and at least one TD.
Marlon Mack — I was a bit surprised to see Mack get 27 carries last week, but when the Colts got out to a lead, they became conservative and protected Luck. I expect a similar outcome vs. New York.
Tevin Coleman — With Ito Smith and Devonta Freeman both done for the season, there is no one competing with Coleman for touches. Carolina is out of playoff contention and the team looks like it has given up on Ron Rivera.
Elijah McGuire — McGuire is getting every opportunity to show the Jets brass that he is capable of being the lead RB for the team in 2019. And although I am not sure that will happen, I think he is capable of being an impact player in PPR formats this week against a Packers defense which placed their best run stopper (Kenny Clark) on IR.

Wide Receivers
DeAndre Hopkins — Hopkins dominated the Jets secondary in Week 15 and I think he will dominate the Eagles in Week 16. His upside is close to 30 points, so if you are using him in a championship game, he could be your team’s MVP.
Robby Anderson — With the Jets having nothing to play for and the Packers packing it in on 2018, look for Sam Darnold to air it out some and give Anderson the chance to make a big play downfield.
Juju Smith-Schuster — I am fairly concerned about him injuring his groin in practice on Thursday, but I am hopeful that he will be able to play on Sunday in a must win game for the Steelers (and Fantasy owners). The only good news with Juju’s injury is that it should lower his DFS ownership considerably.
Alshon Jeffery — Nick Foles shocked the football world not only by beating the Rams on the road, but by throwing the ball downfield and challenging the Rams secondary. If he is willing to play similarly this week, he could have success as the Texans secondary is a mess and very susceptible to giving up huge plays.
Davante Adams — Adams is the Packers only receiving threat, so he is a must start even with Rodgers not being 100% with a groin issue.
Amari Cooper — Cooper disappointed his Fantasy owners in Week 15 but I think he will more than make up for it in Week 16 against the lowly Bucs. Look for Cooper to see the ball from Dak early in the game which should help him get over 100 receiving yards easily in this contest.
Julian Edelman — With Gordon suspended, Brady will need to lean on Julian Edelman more than ever and he should thrive in a plus matchup as the Bills struggle covering slot receivers.
Michael Thomas — Thomas disappointed his Fantasy owners against Carolina, but in Week 16 he is home in the dome against a Steelers defense that has let up big plays to opposing receivers. Joe Haden will most likely get the call to cover Thomas, but Thomas is physically too strong for Haden and this could be a very good matchup for Brees to take advantage.

Tight Ends
George Kittle — Don’t think for a second that Kyle Shanahan doesn’t realize that Kittle is close to setting a receiving mark for tight ends. The Bears know they are in the playoffs and could be ripe for a letdown in this game.
Zach Ertz — Always start tight ends against the Texans. He might be my favorite play of the week.
Austin Hooper — Carolina has given up and they have been abysmal stopping tight ends all season. Hooper has been limited in practice this week, but I expect him to suit up and have a solid game.
Evan Engram — I loved Engram coming into the season, but his play has been spotty at best. He has turned it up recently with OBJ injured and I would use him for sure if OBJ is out once again.
Blake Jarwin — Jarwin has become the lead tight end for the Cowboys and he has slowly earned the trust of Dak Prescott. I see him as more of a punt DFS play than a seasonal play, but Tampa has struggled against tight ends all season and I am willing to use him in both formats if need be.
